  but this gives me an IOException! but still even with IOException I log and server gets the imei that was sent using GET. I noticed that the problem is caused by this line:

  _HTTP.setRequestMethod ("post");

  I put it right after the connection:

  now, I only get an IOException, and always the server will not get my picture. only the imei...

  Clear your registry BIS database is very well, otherwise you get no emails. So chances are its some type of problem, or a problem with your network.

  I would try a traction battery on your device while you are away from home (or with disabled WiFi) and see if that gets it
