  I checked your account and see who is still processing your order for subscription Acrobat (this may take up to 48 hours). Once the treatment is finished, you should be able to connect and use Acrobat. There is no serial number required for a subscription to Acrobat.

  Can I know where you bought this XI Acrobat Pro? If it is from Adobe, then the serial number must be registered with your Adobe ID, but if in the case where you bought the 3rd party vendor please check them.
