But I know that CS5 works with Yosemite (as I use it myself), and the only question I had is that serial # says invalid, which is separate from the functionality of the program.

  I'd rather not spend hundreds more to get a new suite, when I spent a lot for CS5 already and know is fully functional on Yosemite.  I have also not return to an older operating system and break things.

  Moreover, I used to be a general technical Support and I am a coder of web applications, so I understand that this isn't just some sort of "reboot" of the question

  Thanks in advance for helping me wit HCet problem. I have a bought Y550 a few years back (read as out of warranty). It was shipped with Windows Vista and has been working well (especially) since I've owned it. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7, bought the upgrade software and run the upgrade.

  Following the upgrade, the keys do not work correctly. IF blocking issue is not engaged, no button works. If I commit number lock, keys working 7-0, but then the rest functions keyboard oddly. I restarted the computer in safe mode, and the keyboard works perfectly fine in safe mode.

  I guess it's a disk problem and not hardware related. The thing is, I seem to have the most up-to-date synaptic drivers loaded the Win7 upgrade.

  This is a strange problem and I hope that something that some people have seen. It made the laptop pretty unusable - numbers are important quite rudely...

  Thanks for your help. It turns out that it was the bloatware GuardID seemingly does not well with Windows 7. In addition, Windows did not detect this program as a compatibility issue. In any case, as soon as I uninstalled the software, the keyboard said to work correctly. Thanks to everyone who helped, I appreciate it.

  I recently had to reinstall my copy of Photoshop Elements 7 after updating my Windows 10, however my serial number for this product which is linked to my Adobe ID account no longer works.

  Copying items 7 came pre-installed on my laptop when I bought it, and I used this serial number before you activate when my hard drive failed and I got a new and had to reinstall it.  But it was when I was on Windows 7, do not know if the upgrade to Windows 10 may have something to do with it not accepting is not the serial number, just comes up with red cross when I entered it.
