  It's really frustrating.

  First thing, I looked for. The "Share With" was not there either. Abandoned and went the long way on this subject for that to be resolved more quickly.

  A disk image backup, re-installed Windows 7 and found the ntshrui.dll keys in the registry and it has exported to my office. Restore the disk image and import the key in my registry.
  All back to normal now. Tab share is present. Problem solved.

  You can find the button new tab showing as a '+' on the tab bar.
  
  You can open the Customize and drag the new tab, button of the toolbar tabs on another toolbar and it will become a regular tools like the new button bar button tab you have in versions of Firefox 3.
  
  If you would like the button tab at the right end of the tab bar then put a hose to the left of it.

  If you don't see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette, then click on the "Restore default" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

  Open the Customize via "view > toolbars > customize" or "Firefox > Options > toolbars."

  If you mean the msiexec.exe file is not in the c:\windows\system32 folder and there is no copy backup, you can use to substitute (copy/paste) in both:

  c:\Windows\System32\dllcache
  c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

  The msiexec.exe file is under Windows File Protection, it would take a little extra effort so that it is completely disappeared from your system, unless your application not specified antimalware/antivirus quarantined (effectively deleted) file.

  If you want to see so just replace the file is all you need to do, there is a copy of the file msiexec.exe 4.5 on my SkyDrive, you can download.

  When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

  When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.

  You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension.  You do not want to use a file called msiexec when the name of the file should really be called msiexec.exe (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.

  You then put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.
