Server down knowledge base?
I get an error page whenever I search in the knowledge base:
Server has not responded
The Livelink server has not responded, or sent a document containing no data.
Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your Livelink administrator.
It is to the url http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/customview.html?func=.... It lasts for at least a few days for me. Anyone else see this problem?

Cannot take the time to PDM even knowledge base format
Evening,
New ILO nor (3 months) and first post here so apologies in advance for any poor labels.
Using a profitable pleasant nor usb-6009 to datalog current readings. Everything works well but can't do the time format appear in excel or the dt to represent the sampling frequency of 1 kHz.
The knowledge base article is exactly how I want to excel it but just can't get the time / date and time dt to be as knowledge base article.

You lose your information t0 and dt of the signal over your different types of dynamic data conversions. Try the joint.

P.S. I'm asking this here because after I asked the question to the Customer Service in America from the North via the Chat I was simply rebounded and invited to refer to my local Customer Service, because I'm outside North America... :-((

well well, but because of the statement of KB295539 'you can also contact Microsoft Support by email and chat... "that's exactly what yesterday I already correctly right when I opened the chat and before guy CSR bounced me away decide to close our cat without my consent (even after I confirmed that page for the e-mail communicating with its own email support team was empty).
Indeed, after he too checked and ravaged me back issue I pointed out, that I really expected him to escalate by himself, so I'm really not sure if he did properly, but in any case, I saved transcript chat so I can provide you private in case you most want to communicate problem internally.
PS because I checked that I was right to ask my question via Chat, and now problem is already solved probably since yesterday NA schedules, could you please also mark my own initial question as a right answer?

I can't access windows for XP activation. States of error "server down, try again later". I can access all other websites, but none of the web sites of Microsoft. What the public's access to knowledge base articles?
Yesterday, January 25, 2011, I could go directly to an article in the knowledge base such as:http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=973687 or http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968749 and he would take me directly to the article.
Today, January 26, 2011, I get a page titled "Microsoft Support" that has the link in the address bar, but nothing useful on the page.
If I select advanced search and search for kb973687, I get a list of success but if I select a great success trying to go to the KB article I will return less useful page.

and then went to applications on the Terrain but I can't see any PIM that correspond to the calendar, Contacts, Notes and tasks.
No one knows who actually PIM applications must be installed for DTM for mac to synchronize the calendar, Contacts, Notes and tasks and where I can get them if they are not in the list applications?
