• No the ciscoworks server http response

  Hi all

  We use a stand-alone server of Ciscoworks lms 3.0.1.

  In ciscoworks Portal attend, when we click on the Configuration of the server, we get error

  CWA14: No the ciscoworks Server HTTP response.

  Either: 1. the server may be down. OR2.the Protocol, port number or the user maybe credentials wrong.

  1 check the connection to the server.

  2. check the credentials.

  3. restart the daemon manager.

  We can view the setting of the server, and we have not changed credentials or stop all services. Everything works fine.

  Why this error is coming and what should be done to clean it up.

  It is most likely a problem with your user identity System credentials, then. Go to common Services > server > Security > identity system configuration and re - enter user credentials valid for a user who has full access to all of the LMS. Then see if CWA works.

• my window vista sp2 stop sending messages for the server http for e-mail hotmail from July 2010. What other opion should I now? I use window 8. my mother was the first owner of this laptop.

  My lap top is a window vista premium 6.0 sp2. so, as I believe that in July 2010 my connection email expired with the sp2 from window to the server with http hotmail .com I was trying out an important e-mail to a certain Department of the army and he was ejected back because of my direct window a stopover for hotmail http sites. So, what's my next step? This laptop that I use now for academic use belonging to my mother. I was'nt sure of what to click on in the troubleshooting list. Thks.

• Make a name virtual server HTTPS only

  I am using BCI 11.1.7 and using the Web Cache, OSH, and WebLogic.  I have several servers to virtual name defined in OSH.  I want to implement that one of them is only connected via HTTPS and HTTP requests are redirected to the HTTPS version.  I tried the obvious thing, using mod_rewrite in the configuration of the virtual server in OSH to redirect the HTTP requests:

  RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off

  RewriteRule ^.*$ https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L]

  Of course since all the traffic of the OHS Web Cache using HTTP this simply causes an endless loop of redirects.

  So I wonder if there is a header, or something sent by Web Cache, I can use to tell if the original application used HTTPS.  Otherwise if there is a way to configure this at the level of the Web Cache, which would work as well.  Otherwise I think I'll finish with a certain configuration of Frankenstein that will be featured on http://www.thedailywtf.com in 2018

  I was dumping all the headers using JSP and found out the header (undocumented?) HTTPS-SSL defined by the WebCache is 'off' or 'on '.  So I used:

  Personally, I feel THAT OSH is overall the best and the most common http server in the list to be deployed if everyone has there own opinions and reasons for choosing other options.

  I am very busy to configure an application in the APEX, and we are about to deploy it on our production servers.
  
  Side database is fine, but I have a few questions on the HTTP server.
  (I just trained as an engineer, working with databases for a few years but the world of HTTP is fairly new for me).
  
  
  -What is the best option for the HTTP Server?
  I tested autonomous apex_listener now and under Server GlassFish.

  The stand-alone mode is intended to be used for development/testing purposes only. If you are considering a production deployment, use a server JEE 'full share '. GlassFish is an option. If it is the one that you want depends on your production and your previous experiences with JEE servers scenario. You will get a complete list of all the servers JEE with support in the section of the Setup Guide requirements.

  You can simply delete the installation package, but you might want to keep some files for the tasks of maintenance and development, for example apxchpwd.sql in order to reset the password for the internal ADMIN of the APEX and the content apex\utilities if you need to reset the image prefix or use APEX based on java to export to export the line of command/script function (multiple) APEX applications.

  Hi everyone, strange question that I hope that people can enlighten us on!

  I'm under ESX vSphere installed on the server for vSphere Update Manager 5.1 and 5.1. This server is behind a proxy, which is configured to allow HTTP and HTTPS traffic but VUM does not connect to the default value of two https://hostupdate.vmware.com/ repositories, only the http://vapp-updates.vmware.com a.

  The proxy has been in place longer than the server vSphere and is "known" (for example I'm knocking this forum secure through it without problems, and can hit the VUM Server https sites). Proxy is set to do not to require authentication of the VUM server. There is a firewall between the VUM server and proxy and I look at the newspapers on this subject shows when VUM hits the site of port 80, the proxy is used. However by hitting the sites of port 443, VUM tries to go directly to the site and don't know the proxy and getting grave by the rule of cleaning. The firewall allows traffic 443, but only when directed to the proxy, which is not the case.

  Within VUM I configured the proxy settings, but to the best of my knowledge, I am only able to configure it to use port 80, unless there is a way to put it use 80 or 443?

  Any ideas what I am doing wrong, or can configure differently?

  I use generic Setup and installed successfully through the console and GUI mode.
  The OS is Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 (32 bit on machine VWare).

  When you perform the installation by default, there is no need to specify the list of products at silent.xml. I use the text depending .cmd file (you can convert this to .sh) and silent.xml for install for quite awhile and it works well.

  2 use Apex to download the file on the original Apex glass and have a pl/sql stored procedure to write the BLOB in the file downloaded.
