set up a batch of Microsoft Windows environment

I would like to set up an environment of Microsoft Windows on a Microsoft batch processing
Windows application server to process commands specific to Microsoft Windows, such as Crystal Reports. I have it configured. But how to distribute the batch jobs to run in this server when my PIA is on the Linux server?

Published by: hzg on 29 July 2012 18:36

Hello

The distribution of reports by the process Scheduler are transferred in the PIA using the distribution node.
Configure you this to transfer using FTP, or HTTP (S) so it does not matter if your assembly PIA/Batch server installed on Windows/Linux.

Once you set up your server on windows (RTC) batch, you can choose this batchserver when running for example crystal reports.
This will run the process in your batch of windows server and distribution node will transfer out of the PIA process.

Start the computer in safe mode (press F8 continuously immediately after power and don't worry beeps when you press the button) and let it boot without a network.  Once there right click on the desktop and then click Properties.  Click settings and the value of the monitor mode (640 X 480) VGA or SVGA (800 X 600).  Accept the changes and restart the computer.  You should have a mediocre screen, but you should see it now.  Download and install the appropriate drivers for your video card in the laptop to the web site of the manufacturer of the laptop.  Install the drivers and then you should be able to set the display of the laptop to the correct native resolution for your computer monitor (must be in the documentation of the laptop).

So in my opinion, you cannot record TV and watch another channel at the same time using only the internal TV tuner.

  • Is there a setting I need to change the windows Defender because my laptop and an iphone4 work together properly on the internet, and they seem to take turns?

I contacted my internet provider several times in recent weeks and they haven't a clue what's wrong, so they want to send a technician for £180, but a friend had the same problem and contacted PCWorld and they said that it is to do with the security setting so he then contacted McAffee and they changed the type of security on the router WPA2-Personal wireless to another and apparently it works fine now so do you think that's what I have to do? Sorry if this is real confusing :) kind regards D

Isn't it clear what your problem is, but if you use McAfee (based on what I read on other forums) you should probably uninstall or disable Windows Defender on your laptop.  Windows Defender and McAfee may not work well together as MSE and McAfee should not be used on the same computer.

Some older portable computers (such as my Dell Inspiron 5100 with XP Pro 2004) does not connect to a WPA-2 wireless router - mine only works with WEP and WPA.  Maybe it's the cause of your problem, but of course if your laptop is new, it should work fine with WPA-2.

Given that your problems are not associated with MSE, why not ask your advice in the Microsoft Windows Forum at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us or on the website of the manufacturer of your router and maybe they can help.

    Good luck...

  • Sharing of readers do not reconnect - error "an error occurred during connection [drive letter]: [share name] Microsoft Windows network: the local device name is already in use." This connection has not been restored. »

Original title: Shared readers do not reconnect

I have two PCs connected wireless. A laptop (Vista Business) was the drives mapped to actions on the other PC (XP). Whenever the Vista PC is started or out of hibernation, or after only a short period of time these discs are not available. Click on the drive in Explorer to display the message "an error occurred during connection [drive letter]: [share name] Microsoft Windows network: the local device name is already in use." This connection has not been restored. »

If I click on 'Network' within Solution Explorer, the XP PC is not visible. The only way that I can "reconnect" these disks is to go into my anti-virus (Trend) and open the network map. This shows the XP PC and then the shares are available through Explorer - XP PC is still not visible by clicking network however.

It started only happens in the last two months - cannot locate exactly when, but quite recently. I use connections to store small files and backup critical files a few before nailing the laptop away and it is quite annoying to have to go through this routine every time.

    Any ideas?

Just in case it helps others - I found that if I make sure that my XP PC has a fixed IP address, and then set up the shares so that they are defined using the IP address and not share names, then I do have more problems - seems like it's something to do with Windows solve the share names rather than something to do with the personal firewall after all.

  • Microsoft Windows Vista Home Permium freezes to the logon screen or gets stuck

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Permium freezes to the logon screen or crashes on the black screen with Copyright Microsoft Corporation with the load with six green bars moving through bar. It will start in safe mode. I ran the auto repair (recommended) when starting after being forced to stop. After it says its full it restarts and remains stuck on the black screen with Copyright Microsoft Corporation with the load bar with six green bars that cross so I force disable it again.

I had no problem with this computer, he got in last seven. It was working fine yesterday and then the without wire came out, so I restarted the computer to find the connection again as I had done several times before. That's when it froze on the opening of session and password screen. Who started this cycle of freezing or stuck on the black screen with the loading bar permanently running.

    UPDATE:
Start safe mode then made the instructions on the clean boot. Not checked, all iteams he says and rebooted and it worked. So I went to the next step to select only half to refine the list. Restarted and when at the loading screen for a little over 30 sec - 1 min (which is more short than the time it took to work initially after the first stage of the boot with all unchecked), but it goes to a completely black screen that has not happened before. So now, a little lost, or do I have to keep trying to refine?

    Hi Greg,.

It will not harm the computer to run it in a boot environment.  Some programs do not work properly because they were probably responsible for their own services and rely on them to work.  You have disabled all non-Microsoft services, and things like printers and software can be difficult.

Click Start, then options type power and press ENTER.  Let us make sure that the system is not configured to sleep.  Go ahead and put the power plan to High Performance, then click on change Plan settings below.  There will be a framework for "put the computer to sleep".  The value than ever.

If it continues to turn black in clean boot mode, you may have a hardware problem.  One thing you could do if it's a desktop system and really need to use it now, it is the lid of the machine and aim a fan in the box.  This will help if it is overheating.

Please complete the steps to diagnose the problem with the boot when you have the chance.

    9. in the value data box, type 1 and then click OK.

    10. close the registry editor.

By setting this registry key to 1, Windows Vista's trying to get an IP address using the BROADCAST flag in DHCP Discover packets. If that fails, he will try to obtain an IP address without using the BROADCAST flag in DHCP Discover packets.

    Step 4:

    To clear the DNS cache:

    1. Click Start, type cmd in the search box, and then click cmd in the list programs.

    2. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    3. once at the command prompt, type ipconfig/flushdns

  • I can't put one of my photos as a background. It comes up with 'The file that c:\users\daniel\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows Photo Gallery\Windows Photo Gallery wallpaper.jpg could not be written. Please help me.

Hi, I have problems on developing an image as a wallpaper on my laptop.

It comes up with 'The file that c:\users\daniel\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows Photo Gallery\Windows Photo Gallery wallpaper.jpg could not be written.

I tried right click and do it the long way to go to appearance and personalization in the control panel in the start menu. None of these work and I wonder why it's happening.

my computer is Windows vista Home premium and is about half a year. If anyone knows how to solve the problem of it not allow me to set a background please give me suggestions.

    Dan

Treat it as a corrupted user file.  To fix this usehttp://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  Use the new administrator account to do this.  Follow the directions given and everything will be fine and your new admin account should work normally.  Once you have ccnfired you can access, to all your acccess all of your programs and files, you can delete the old user obsolete and corrupt.

That's all there is to it.  Now that we know, this is the profile and not the system, the solution has been set for us.

I hope this helps. Feel free to post back with any questions as you go along.

    Good luck!
