  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  Suggestions:

  1 reset your resolution.
  Right-click on an open office space > personalize > display settings > pursuant to resolution, use the slider to adjust > OK

  2. right click on new desktop > Personalize > adjust font size (DPI) > default scale (96 DPI) > OK

  Maybe you should check out the HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (https) option in the browser settings
  Check if cookies should be accepted.

  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
