• Best way to disable several plots on XY-graph?

  Hi all

  I need to hear here. I have an XY Chart with several plots.

  Here's how the VI would work.

  1. start of program, no parcels or scale is shown.

  2. several buttons are available to select who are plotting to TURN (corresponding scale is also ON / OFF).

  What I have now is to transmit the data to the first graph with all plots and invisible scale.

  I did it using the graphics property ActPlot, ActYscl and PlotVisble nodes, but I had to for this

  through each ActPlot/ActYscl. There are therefore several knots of property in all directions as

  in the figure below.

  

  My questions are the following:

  1. a lot of knots of property would require more memory or CPU resources?

  I do a lot of similar manipulation on the graphics property (cursors, scale, color, etc.). I'm worried

  the end result is a program that really doesn't do much, but a lot of memory/CPU hog resources.

  2. is there a better way to do it? Perhaps a property node that turns off all

  visible at once?

  I read in another post that suggests to use a loop to turn off one by one. I can

  certainly do it, but it would be a better way?

  Any suggestion or the part of the thought is appreciated!

  Certainly you must change the data that you pass to the chart, especially when working with lots of data. Simple reason: memory usage.

  Visibility of switching does not reduce the amount of data that you pass to the curve (that copy for display) as a result, you'll probably lose a lot of memory.

  But if you want to display all data at once and only give the possibility to hide the small amounts of data, the approach with the 'visible' property node is OK, but...

  EDIT: If you want to change multiple properties at the same time, you must include a control panel (Control Panel-property) defer updates.

  How to scan multiple pages using driver to separate files? I see the option in the scanning settings but cannot click on it.  The printer/scanner is supposed to allow this option.

  It did not work. But I found hp and scan doctor... impression he reinstalled the drivers for Windows 10 and options of the printer and scanner were to the way it looked with Windows 8. The default value for the record of the scans in jpg is several files.

• Need help to print a logo on several pages using the ^ graph of order

  Hello.

  I'm using Adobe Output Designer 5.7 (formerly Jet Forms).

  Our logo was incorporated originally in about 100 forms of Jet (*.) Files of the IFD).    There was the ability to print multiple logos of the same *. File of the IFD.

  I found that I could use the ^ graph command.   But the logo only print on the first page.     In the. * IFD file it is 60 pages/subforms.   Page 1 contains the data header and footer of page 1.   Page 2 contains the data header and footer that are used on Pages 2 - N.

  I'm passing to JetForms SAP data.

  I tried several options, but it is impossible that it works correctly.

  The full path and the name of the logo is stored in the variable & T_LOGO_FILENAME &.

  Here's what I tried to do and results information.

  Attempt 1)

  ^ COMPANY_LOGO FIELD

  ↑ GRAPH & T_LOGO_FILENAME &

  This displays the logo on the first page.    It print the logo where the COMPANY_LOGO field appears in JetForms.

  The first page seems perfect.

  The problem is that no logo appears on page 2.

  Attempt 2)

  GLOBAL COMPANY_LOGO ↑

  ↑ GRAPH & T_LOGO_FILENAME &

  Logo print in the middle of Page 1.   It does not print when the COMPANY_LOGO is located in JetForms.

  No logo prints on Page 2.

  This displays the name of the file in the middle of the first page.

  Michelle tests

  The text "Michelle Testing" appear on Page 1 and Page 2 in the correct position on the screen.   It prints where the COMPANY_LOGO field is in the form of Jet.

  We will need to add or change logos periodically.    We are now looking for dynamically pass the name of the file to JetForms, so that we have no need to edit and compile 100 *. Files in IDF every time a new logo is added.

  Any suggestions or recommendations?

  SOLUTION

  I need to set the type to "Graphics" in the form of Jet.  (The type was originally 'Text').

  The code is SAP looks like:

  ^ COMPANY_LOGO FIELD

  & T_LOGO_FILENAME &

  The result is perfect now.  Logo print in the right position on each page.

  I export to PDF from inDesign with the idea that the text would be editable with Acrobat Pro.

  However, when you open the PDF in Acrobat Pro, each line is a separate instance / object.

  I guess I can recreate the text in Acrobat Pro - but it would be good if there was a way round of inDesign - as I imagine that it would be better for screen readers and SEO. Also, I downloaded a PDF file to before sites like Slideshare, yudu, issuu, which create one version of a text - only version text-only is scr * sea upward due to the problem above.

  PDF is a product finished and not designed for editing. You will never get a fully editable PDF.

  This is not a limitation of InDesign.

• Opening several files in separate windows

  I recently moved from CS2 to CS5.  In CS2, on a Mac, I could hold down the command key and click on many files in a folder and then doulble click on one of them and they all open in individual windows.  When I try to do the same thing in CS5, it opens a window with several tabs.  How can I open it in individual windows?  I tried a forum search but was unsuccessful.  Thanks in advance.

  For some reason some wack the plotnames appear in a different order. Also to order the program using debug, then you will understand directly what is my problem.

  Just a quick suggestion:
  Reverse the order. Put the "active conspiracy" on top, then change the name of the parcel.

  That should do the trick.

• Can a virtual machine cause several discs in separate data stores?

  I have 2 data warehouses, each on their own RAID array.  The intention was to put the VM OS in a store of data and secondary VM disks in the other data store.  For example, we would be a small OS disc in datastore1 and there will be a secondary drive that the OS could use for storing files or databases in datastore2.  However, once the first drive is created, and I'm going to create a second disk, I have no option to specify where we created/located.  By default, it is automatically in the same location as the first disc.  I see that I can move it to datastore1 2 using 'Browse the data store', but the virtual machine is not aware that the disk has been moved.

  Is this scenario possible or each VM disks remain in the same data store?

  You can specify a different data store for vdisks, but it is not recommended to place different vdisks in different data stores for the same VM. Things like vMotion and HA do not, or will not function properly if you do this.

  IF you do not have other choice, but to do this, duing her 'create disc' step by adding a secondary/additional drive on the virtual machine, you will see the location section. This is where you use the Browse button, or enter the path, to the another data store where the disc files will reside.

  I would advise against using the data stores different/double for the same VM. From a point of view logisitical she can make management a nightmare. I did once, and try to consolidate the various files in a single data store (later) was a bitch and a half...

  I'm not very familiar with the intricacies of the report generation using specific Excel screw, so maybe I'm missing a blatant mistake here, but I have three separate graphs that I would add to a single excel file, each on a separate sheet. I can generate the data and record a single chart very well, but for some reason when I have three going at the same time, an error pops up like this (three times)

  

  I used the run culminating to find when the program stops and it seems to be the first great VI in my Subvi scatterplot, but I do not understand why the input parameter can be invalid when he works with a single chart.

  I think that the error may be due to the same reference report being used and closed several times. The cloud of points Subvi closed the same reference three times and as a result the main VI. Try to have the subVIs run one after another and close the reference at the end.

• Bug in several windows in the finder with several screens

  When you use finder on several screens (with separate spaces) there is a problem when you enter fullscreen.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. open finder on a screen.

  2. open another window in the finder on a different view.

  3. full screen or finder window (any).  You will be able to observe a Visual problem where the finder window that you do not use maximizes and enters full screen then go back to normal, just before the finder window you use between full screen.

  4. at this point your finder window full screen is missing in the top navigation bar.  To reveal it, open your mission control and the space finder-click and you will see.  Basically, the navigation bar is on the finder space expanded while the rest of the finder is on office space.

  5a. If you try to exit the full screen, your finder window will freeze.

  5. before going back to full screen, if you go to the mission control and drag your space viewfinder on the screen where your other window finder is currently on, you will be able to leave the full screen and the finder window will not freeze.

  Cause of the error:

  Still, the problem occurs if the following conditions are met:

  -You have two or more finder windows (if you have only a window of finder, you can always expand it without any problem)

  -You maximize a window of finder, and it's the only finder window on that office space

  For example, if you have three screens and you have 2 1 1 finder windows in offices respectively, you will encounter the error when you maximize the window of the solitary finder on the monitors of 2nd or 3rd.  Maximize a window in the finder on the first monitor has no questions.

  Please try to reproduce.  I hope that it is easily reproduced on any machine and I hope this will be fixed as soon as possible.
