• iMac 21.5 material several bugs

  My imac 21.5 (medium model 2010) suddendly started showing several hardware problems in just a few months. First of all, the DVD player, then the hard drive HD and video card now broken. • Several bugs in Photoshop CC2014

  I've been running CC2014 (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for a few weeks now and I have experienced several problems, especially with Photoshop.

  They are as follows:

  • Random crashing
  • Failed to remove the layers except by dragging to the trash icon in the palette - by clicking on the icon of the Recycle Bin or by selecting "Delete layer" on flying pallet does not work

  • Cannot close the images unless I have record first - a typical example would be a PDF that I opened to record on a JPG and PNG file and I can close the file after save as PNG or JPG unless I have save the file as a PSD or PDF file first. Other images I opened that are native PSD files and a backup - like JPG does not allow me to close unless recording first that the PSD file. Very frustrating!
  • Plugin compatibility issues (I know, thanks to a staff member of oh-so-useful Adobe (NOT) part of the problem lies perhaps with developers of plug-ins, but it is always a question related to the PS, while I'm there for reference).

  Bingo. I think I found the problem. Looks like when I installed 2014 he pulled forward to a PlugIn Extensis since my last version of CC so I was running the old version of CS7 of the plugin as well as the new version of 2014.   We are offshore on the endless power level and patch the path with the imminent release of the x8.2.1 to fix another bug in OpenSSL (among others) which are potentially more dangerous than the question of the HeartBleed of a few months back. Notice of Cisco was sent near earlier (18/07/2014), which suggests that CSCup25151 of bug will be fixed in x8.2.1. I just check the download site and it doesn't seem to be available yet. Any idea on when this might be?

  I wonder also if additional fixes will be needed for the C/SX CODECs (and other), the line TC of the software running. As far as I can see, bug reference CSCup25163 covers some of these issues in the TC7.1.4 version (already out) but I'm assuming that another rejection would be next - or make any remaining issues of OpenSSL (listed for VCS above) does not affect the line of code TC?

• Several Bug monitor?

  I have fusion 6.0.1 running on my Macbook Pro 2.5 GHz Core i7, 16 GB RAM, OSX 10.8.5

  When I put a windows VM (Win7 or XP) mode full-screen, it works fine.  However, when the virtual machine in sleep/lock mode screen after 10 minutes of inactivity and I have to reconnect, the monitor will resize to one screen and set it free in mirror mode.   Very annoying.  The only way I found to solve is to change the display to stop and then again in full screen.  He

  By default, the display turns off after 10 minutes.

  I was able to reproduce this problem with following steps:

  1. set up window 7 GOS to use two screens.

  2 set the screen saver to start after 1 minute with "On Resume, the logon screen" checked.

  10:03 minutes, the extended display is black after re - login to the window GOS; and the console of the virtual computer is displayed on the main screen only.

  I have to go single mode and switch back to use two screens.

  Could see this problem on the two merger 6.0.1 and 5.0.3.

  I think there are two workarounds for this problem solution:

  1. set 'disable the display' to 'never' get rid of the issue of change power settings.

  2. uncheck the "View summary, logon screen" the screen saver settings.

  I would hire with our dev for that matter.

I think that we have already found several bugs enjoyable device it is, but I've never seen any work email address to send these discoveries. I have also some proposals to improve the BB8900 features, making it even more attractive with minimal effort. We can actually open a new thread here and I can start posting bugs that I knew, but I'm not sure that everyone from RIM never reads these postings. All good ideas? Or maybe there is some forum tht could be used for this purpose?

  I use Indesign CS6 to export an epub book. Problems with the machines and balls numbers and spacing issues. However, I made a few adjustments and get a pretty decent epub. Here's the question: when I convert my epub into Mobi by using Calibre, I get double chips and double numbers in my lists. I used the same process to create a file to Mobi in Indesign 5.5 a few months with no problems. So I took one of my files CS6, it has exported to IDML, opened in CS5.5 and exported to ePub. Then, I took this epub and converted into Mobi by using Calibre. No double chips or numbers. If the problem comes from Indesign CS6.

  Anyone else had this problem. Any other ideas on how to get a clean Mobi file of CS6?

• Bug in panel size: resizes nevertheless

  I am trying to create a set of panels for work (I'm an artist 3D game dev-industry).

  The problem I have is that one of my panels keep resizing itself everytime I open Photoshop.

  The Panel is 63 x 885 pixels (this is a custom toolbar) and when I open Photoshop I can see that while the Panel loads, there these dimensions - but once loaded, for some reason stupid scales up to 32 x 885 pixels (it is white during load and then turns into CS6 - once loaded - gray and it is when he puts on the scale).

  I had exactly the same problem with my second Panel, but I had to do was to resize the Panel within Photoshop, close the application and open it manually. It's like Photoshop says "settings" here.
