  So, here's the tricky part. I would like to redial the most recent, that I took with instant. However, I see no easy controls to get the path of the last snapshot. Is it possible that I can get the path of the last snapshot and then store it only in $snapshot and then run my command like parentSnapshotPath - $snapshotpath?

  I think that we could talk about different things here.

  What you call PowerCLI, is indeed View PowerCLI, the PSSnapin to work with your environment from view.

  Then, PowerCLI itself, there is a set of modules and PSSnapins to work with your vSphere environment.

  The latter contains the cmdlets Get - VM and Get-Snapshot, I used in the above script.

  To use the script, you need both.

  There are several options here, as I documented in my blog.

  You can install PowerCLI (for vSphere) on your connection to the server, then run the script on the login server.

  The other option is to install PowerCLI (for vSphere) on your workstation.

  To view PowerCLI cmdlets then use you the remote sessions on the login server.

• What to do in the last hours before 'showtime '.

  Currently, as I get ready to sit the exam on Monday at 15: 15 EST, I'm going through all my gear.  Review of the Guide of the Certification VCP510 by Bill Ferguson.  Go to details in my physical vLab and using what I've learned and studied to improve its design.  I'm nervous, I'm afraid.  I want this so much and yet I fight my fear all tests.  I'm cut off comments at midnight tonight then spend all Sunday making the practical examinations.

  My question is... I'm following a good path for the preparation?   What did each of you in the last hours before the time of the exam?  I make a mountain out of a molehill?

  I really need advice here... something to help my mind to be less fearful and more productive.  All wisdom is greatly appreciated.

  After update to the last version of windows 8, my mouse does not work on my computer no more. I use a "HAMA Optical Mouse AM-5000" and a 64-bit Windows 8 operating system to my office. Before the update, everything worked very well, but a little at the time (perhaps a week?) there was a software update that began when I shut down my computer for the night and after, my mouse wouldn't just appear. Then I want to restore my computer to before the update and everything would work fine. It happened maybe 3 times in the past week. Today, however, every time that I restored it to an earlier date, the mouse still does not. I tried the following things:

  Deactivation and reactivation of the mouse
  Uninstall the drivers and search for updates
  Try different mouse (2 USB, 1 green connector)
  Using the troubleshooting in the Device Manager tool, a fine of the question

  In the (Control Panel > system and security > Windows Update > View Update History) all there is "you have not tried to install the updates for this computer.   You will need to go through each line, look at the last element and delete it if it is an empty string.  But a loop, it's easy:

  

  Read the spreadsheet, get 2D array of strings.  For each line, download the last element.  Test if she is a Virgin.  If so, remove it from the table.  If this is not the case, switch the blank table.

  To repair the chain of snapshot, you must log on to the ESXi console (or SSH) and change "SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2010 - 000001.vmdk". It currently contains a line:

  parentCID = b30748a4

  that should be replaced with

  parentCID = b 67, 50111

  to match the CID of "SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2010.vmdk.

  Given that the virtual machine has been turned on with the attached parent disk, you can get data corruption. I suggest strongly that create you another cliché after editing the file and before turn on/turn off the virtual machine. Once the virtual machine running, run chkdsk to see if there is some logical errors.

  When I looked under Insert: Widgets, I was taken to the Gallery on my C drive and open the Widgets folder, only to find empty folders or just the FLA source files. I have found the widget files in the folder of Interactions in the gallery and did notice there is a little more widgets displayed above:

  

  Seems a bit intuitive meter, and is certainly not the way in which the normal user finds these things, no? My main concern is over the two latest updates and installs new e-Learning Asset, how much of the new material that has been available to Cp8 users I'm actually access to and how much is hidden in places that I normally do not dig in?   For your information, Cp8.01.242 running on a Win7 OS - no admin rights - must leave all install and cannot progress without their help.

  It is also possible that your widgets update downloads when you have Admin rights.  Since you mention that you don't have it and should participate in updates, which could also help to explain your situation.

  After the updated 07/07, pages many (but not all) which worked well previously are now time and need to be recharged to load (for the first time, somehow). Started by clearing cache, then checked for malware and ended by reinstalling Firefox. I copied my profile, rather than starting from scratch with extensions (about 5 only execution).

  All of these problematic pages open correctly in Internet Explorer.

  As test, please disable McAfee. It caused problems.

• Problems of Smartphones blackBerry with BBM groups if some members are not put to the last version of Messenger

  I have a BBM group with 10 friends in there.  A few days after that I've upgraded to the newest Messenger, one of the members of the group cannot see me in the chat.  I can see it, everyone can see the two of us, but I am appear too small on her screen group.  We can BBM each other normally... just not within the group.  Has anyone encountered this?  Is it possible that the problem is that our versions of Messenger no longer compatible for groups?

  Note: it has to upgrade its Messenger to the current version... and everything is back to normal!  Just in case someone else falls on this same problem!
