Shape of mountain with Gaussian filter

Hello

I am developing a map of sensitivity of the ultrasonic beam projection. The beam is assumed to be a straight line in 64 x 64 pixels. The reference values are 0 and beam line values 1. My goal here is to make a form of mountain as of the given projection. I think the best way is to apply the filter Gaussian. Can someone guide me how I can achieve this? I've attached an example of 64 x 64 beam map sensitivity.

Hello

I solved the problem. Thanks for the support.

    I want to find a bookmark to its location in the hierarchy of bookmarks, but all I can do with the filter is isolate a bookmark [s]; or by using the filter bar bookmarks, or in the ShowAllBookmarks window. For example, I know I have bookmarked some, but I want to move it into a new "folder" and rename it, perhaps; for this I need to be able to * see * in the hierarchy, as in the Mac Finder, when the filter turns into a file, and then "Show Original" to "Open the enclosing folder."

    This sounds like it should work.  Maybe your client likes not wpa2/aes or does not match the PSK.  I would try to associate with this same configuration, but without enabled mac filtering to try to identify the problem.

  • Column with Global filter selector

    Hello

    I have the selector column with: week, month and quarter. I used the in the PivotTable.

    I want to interact this column with global filter selector.

    For example:

    When I choose "Time". "' Week ' I want to put the global filter: DAY_NUM_OF_WEEK = 7

    choose "Time". "" Month "-> DAY_NUM_OF_MONTH = 31

    choose "Time". "' Area '-> DAY_NUM_OF_QUARTER = 90

    How can I do this?

    Maybe I can create the formula (perhaps with BOX WHEN) in the global filters, but how can I refer to the selection week/month/quarter column?

    You will need something a little more complex for the filter as there must always be a condition similar to SQL...

    Then you can try a filter as:

    (' @{Sun} {xxx} "="Month")

    AND

    DAY_NUM_OF_MONTH = 30)

    OR

    (' @{Sun} {xxx}' = 'Quarter')

    AND

    DAY_NUM_OF_QUARTER = 90)

    (Just to be sure: this is a filter that you want to use in your criteria tab in the filter box, right?)

  • Resize the layer with smart filter without affecting the Smart Filter layer appearance

    I made a wax seals on photoshop with lots of embossing, bevelment and a dynamic filter. It's done and I just need to make it smaller so it fits well on my certificate. When I resize (Ctr + T) it appears a messgae which reads:

    ______________________________________________

    Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended

    "The dynamic filters applied to the layers contained in this group will be disabled at the temprarily while conversion is in preview. They will be applied after commit the transformation. »

    Ok

    [] Do not show

    ______________________________________________

    I click OK and I resize the layer with free transform, and then press ENTER. The layer is resized, but my smart filter that cretaes affect a shower around the joint is completely distorted.

    How to resize my layer with smart filter without affecting the appearance of dynamic filter of the layer

    Right-click on the name of the layer to smart object in the layers panel to get the menu below. Choose "Convert to Smart Object" to encapsulate the er and its smart filter and Layer Styles within a new KIND that can be resized without appearance changes.

  • Problem with a filter

    I'm having a time really difficult application of the filter "Brush-> Angled Strokes strokes" to a color box, whether just a selection or a rectangular box.

    I did it once and it worked (that is, the area remains the same color and the right filter has been applied to it), but now I'm doing it with another box, whenever I have access to the Gallery of filter with the box checked, the color remains flat, even with the filter in question highlighted. I've tried everything I can think of, but it just seems like a weird bug... First time it worked, now it doesn't. Any idea what could be the cause?

    Thank you very much in advance.

    It makes sense, because the traits in angle (really one of the filters contours) smear what is already there.  A bit like dry spraying it on the paintings.  If it has only one color, then only a single color is spread out.

    Consider what it does to your flat image, above...

  • Cannot decide degraded with adjusted filter / contrast

    I was playing with gradients and finally came up with something that I wanted to try on my site. I'm taking a tinge of yellow (#CC9933), then adjust the colors with a filter of brightness/contrast (brightness - contrast - 8, 81). But when I try to export a slice of the image, or simply copy it to another file of fireworks for export, I get the yellow gradient original, bright, not the darker gradient with the brightness/contrast settings adjusted. What I am doing wrong?

    I have attached a copy of the image, I work with. It shows the image with the gradient of color adjusted I want, and (on the right) how slices are similar.

    Thank you very much to all those who can help you

    gradient.png

    I made jpeg and png 24 export part in slices of the darker gradient - they match.  The gradient lighter yellow associated better when exported as a png 24 rather than a jpeg file.

    Tested by filing the exported in the original PNG file.

  • InKeySetFilter not working correctly with the filter that is not IndexAwareFilter

    I found that InKeySetFilter works correctly with filter that does not implement IndexAwareFilter.

    for example:
    cache contains the Integer objects

    cache.keySet (new InKeySetFilter (new ClassFilter (Integer.class), cache.keySet ())) //returns all elements

    cache.keySet (new InKeySetFilter (new ClassFilter (String.class), cache.keySet ())) //also returns all the items

    InKeySetFilter works the same way, not only with ClassFilter, but with a filter that is not IndexAware. It looks like a bug.

    PS using coherence 3.5.3

    Hi Serge,

    Yes, there seems to be a bug, if m_filter isn't an IndexAwareFilter, applyIndex returns null instead of return m_filter.

    With the help of the following subclass should solve this problem:

    import java.util.Map;
    import java.util.Set;

    import com.tangosol.util.Filter;
    import com.tangosol.util.filter.InKeySetFilter;
    import com.tangosol.util.filter.IndexAwareFilter;

    public class FixedInKeySetFilter extends InKeySetFilter {

       public FixedInKeySetFilter() {
       }

       public FixedInKeySetFilter(Filter filter, Set setKeys) {
          super(filter, setKeys);
       }

       public Filter applyIndex(Map mapIndexes, Set setKeys) {
          Filter filter = getFilter();
          Filter res = super.applyIndex(mapIndexes, setKeys);
          return setKeys.isEmpty() ? null : filter instanceof IndexAwareFilter ? res : filter;
       }
    }

  • Problem with report filter (security issue)

    Hello

    I'm having a problem with a filter on one of my reports. We report a listing all units of the organization. Unity in this report can be clicked to go to B report that shows the details of this unit.

    When a user accesses A report, they should be able to see all the units, but if they click on a unit that they are not Member, B report should show no results.

    If they click on a unit that they BELONG to one, then the B report should display correctly for them.

    I have a session variable that gets their unit number and confirmed that it works.

    My filter on report B is:
    The year is invited
    AND
    (Unit is equivalent to / is in NQ_SESSION.) Unit AND is invited)

    I'm assuming that this filter only results would show if the user clicks on a unit (in the report) that they belong to. However, what is happening is that if a user clicks on a unit that they belong not to them, it still shows the results in the report B for this unit.

    Does anyone have ideas on this one?

    My only other option is to use a CASE statement on report with URL GO so it only allows users to click on the units they belong to- but I would rather avoid that because go the URL isn't really open the report in a page that maintains the appearance of the rest of the dashboard.

    Thank you
    Kevin

    protect this filter - unit is equivalent to / in NQ_SESSION. Unit

    When you click the button filter options, you will see the option for the filter to protect. This limits the filter unchanged after the wick down. I guess your session variable to work properly.

  • How can I get a display of a Gaussian filter in real time by painting with the brush?

    I'm trying to find information on how to get a live view of the Gaussian blur by painting with the brush.

    Google is not useful, nor own Adobe forum searches produce something useful.

    I've seen talk about Smart filters and naming the layer as a smart object in order to activate a dynamic filter, but I can't get the display in real-time of the filter when you paint so I'm not sure if this process is helpful at all for me or not because I can't locate information specific to what I'm trying to do.

    I use by way CS5, so if this option does not exist, it would be useful to know so that I'm not spinning my wheels.

    Thank you

    You seem to talk about to see in the future.  You want to see the effect of a unused Gaussian blur filter while wearing the brushstrokes on that later, you intend to use the Gaussian blur.  How would this work?

    I use constantly a similar workflow for shading in my illustration work.  If the blur spreads too wide effect, I use Free Transform to resize. If it becomes too transparent, duplicate the layer to increase the opacity.  If too thick, I reduce the opacity of the layer.  I wouldn't bother using intelligent layers of the to because it would have no benefit.  Is it that help at all?

  • Problem with Gaussian blur filter

    For some reason any when I try to use the Gaussian blur filter the cursor changes to this (a sort of box empty):

    Picture1.png

    And there is no filter window to control the amount of blur. The only thing I can do is press "Enter" to accept the default Gaussian blur. Anyone know how to fix this? How can I do to return the missing window?

    Hi idangoor,

    What version of Photoshop are you using?

    Access the tool of filter > blur > Gaussian blur.

    Try increasing your screen resolution and if you use two monitors, try to go from Photoshop to the other monitor.

    Kind regards

  • Example of signals with a filter anti-aliasing

    I use PCI-6259 6221 PCI and USB 6221 cards in different configurations. As I understand it, is that the anti-aliasing filter on all of these cards is fixed to pass to the frequencies of 1 MHz. If I'm a signal from a RG58U BNC cable that is supposed to contain higher frequency of 1 kHz sampling, but there is noise of high frequency present there. A sampling of the signal to 2 kHz would be enough to acquire the signal correctly, or these high frequencies would affect the components of low frequency on sampling?

    I read about too much sampling that allows you to use digital filters (I'm guessing that software filter can be used) If you sample the data at a higher rate. You should always use the anti-aliasing filter, but the required parameters are more relaxed. Would this work in my case? The anti-aliasing filter on my cards has a very high bandwidth, so I don't know how much I need to do to acquire the signal correctly oversampling. Is there an equation?

    Also, if the analog inputs for data acquisition cards are generated by a filter (for example when recording ECG or EEG) which allows you to specify a bandwidth frequency, I still need a filter anti-aliasing? Would be the distance between the amplifier and the DAQ card much a difference when it comes to the generation of noise on the cable?

    In general, I try just to see if my current collection method at the rate of Nyquish with the maps I have is good or not. I just save the data without even using any digital filtering (software).

    That's right - if you go down to 10kS/s then the temporal resolution and minimum pulse detection would 100us.  If it is a just sampling rate or not depends on your requirements for the accuracy of timing and jitter.  In other words, if it's OK that your pulse Detection could could delay until 100us then a 10kS/s sampling frequency should be OK.

  • Help with bandstop filter

    I built a simple test VI to play with point-by-point bandstop filters.  I use a simple filter point by point the sinusoid to generate the entry.  I can't get any bandstop filter action.

    Can anyone help?

    I don't understand why you're not increment time linearly.  You just 0.001 * iteration.  You add the opposite of stage time to your time.

    In addition, use ms to wait rather than wait until the next multiple for your time of loop.

  • Capture the Keycodes / keyDown in BasicEditField with digital filter

    I tried to understand cela other posts and the API, but I can't seem to get it.

    I created a BasicEditField and applied a filter TextFilter so that it can accept only digital entries. It is the substitution of the event keyDown as expected, but I can not just to capture "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0" - he used ' enter my conditional statements - which of course means that the controls do not work.

    I tried the keycodes of compairing the raw numbers, converted characters, KEY_NUM2 and basically everything that was suggested, but I'm obviously missing something.

       BasicEditField numEnter = new BasicEditField()    {     protected boolean keyDown(int keycode, int time)      {             int key = Keypad.key(keycode);                //char key = (char) Keypad.key(keycode);              //this.setText(Integer.toString(key));

              //if (key == Characters.DIGIT_ONE)            //if (keycode == 570163217)               if (key == 01)                {                                 this.setText("ONE");              }             else if (keycode == 45219842)             {                                 this.setText("TWO");              }

              return false;     } };

      // set the filter numEnter.setFilter(TextFilter.get(TextFilter.NUMERIC));

     // add to field manager   hfm_logo.add(numEnter);

    As always, your help is always appreciated.

    Well...

    It is the solution that I came. Don't know if it's fair, but it seems to work.

    Basically, with the NumericFilter codes keyboard is the same as if you have the filter applied or not to the text box, so even if you override the keydown it doesn't matter if you're trying to intercept him because he gives you the key you pressed on, not what appear after the filter.

    That being said, if you try to do this in the keyDown as you cannot capture because the character needs to be painted on the screen first, otherwise you get an error happens nowhere. So if you paint the screen first and then take some text is located in the numEnter, then put it to white even once, you can capture the NUMBERS that are entered (forcably) on each keyboard phone.

    Tested with:

    9000

    8110

    8820

    8800

    8300

    Should work with anything 4.2.0 + JDE

     EditField numEnter = new EditField()
        {

            protected void paint(Graphics graphics)
            {
                super.paint(graphics);

                if (this.getText().length() > 0)
                {
                    switch (this.getText().charAt(0))
