  I have a problem: I can't import several UDA for a member of Interface Tables.
  EMP is 11.1.2. Tables - Oracle of the interface.
  
  For a UDA I just put his name in the "UDA" field in a table HS_... _MEMBER.

  For the import of invoices, Receivables Transaction API is preferred because AutoInvoice can often be time consuming and requires that create you transactions in a batch. The Transaction API allows you to use your system to create transactions for purposes more quickly and with fewer restrictions.

  Other benefits to the use of the API of the Transaction include:

  • Save time - the Transaction API allows a faster throughput of your system in Oracle receivables. You can create transactions at the request, rather than import, validation, error correction, then re-import as AutoInvoice requires.
  • Flexibility - you can call the API of the Transaction of your system or a transaction entry window program that will transfer of multiple transactions of a foreign receivables system.
  • Instant validation - when it is called from an external system, the Transaction API instantly validates your information, then creates the Oracle receivables transaction or displays an error message.

  Regarding the transfer of customers, the API is more preferred, so, APIs are modular by design, creating easy to understand, easy to maintain and easy to extend the means or the update of CAW-specific data. Customer interface inserts customer basic information related to the rear, such as the name of the customer, address of delivery, flags, references, etc. The limitations in the customer Interface is the inability to import and update additional information such as SIC_CODE, SIC_CODE_TYPE, etc.. In the 11.5 version, even more fields are now available to the AR user through the customer form but do not appear in the current client Interface. For these situations, the user can implement a solution using the API of TCA.

  I need to load a standard PO via the interface. In interface tables there are several lines using a single ITEM_ID, changing only ITEM_DESCRIPTION.
  This ITEM_ID is a service, each line represents a detail of this service.
  
  After the import process, in PO_LINES, there is a single line with amount total.
  
  How can I do to load separate lines in PO_LINES?

  Hi Oscar,.

  Unfortunately, there is no way to do it using PDOI... Try to use the private api po_interface_s.create_document. But the problem is that you might not be able to use it as a... have to copy this API and modify as needed.

• Failed to truncate the target table while programming the interface in ODI

  Hi Expertise,

  I developed a scenario in an interface, where I planned keeping the option Truncate as false, right there the data is been going to target without any problems, but when I changed the status of truncate to TRUE, the interface is been run, but the array is not get truncated, rather the data's been loading again to target. (when running manually, the target table is been truncated perfectly) but not in programming.

  Can someone help me in this problem.

  Have you regenerate the scenario in question since you changed the option Truncate. If you have not the regular job must still run the old code

• To access the tables of an interface from a different interface intermediate I_ *.

  Is it possible to run this series of events?
  
  (1) load the data via the Interface 1 using a simple LKM and a revenge as "Incremental update of Oracle"
  (2) make sure the data store target on the "DELETE_TEMPORARY_OBJECTS" attribute of the IKM flow tab is set to 'false' (so it isn't serving the table when you are finished
  (3) load the data via the Interface 2, with a mapping that gets data leave 1 I_ UI staging table.
  
  Here's what we'd like to do in a few words:
  
  (1) for all records in a result set (let's call MODEL1 Range1 Interface), generates a sequence on a field value in the table of staging for I_MODEL1.
  (2) add MODEL1 to the list of sources for the mapping of Interface 2.
  (2) for all records to a different result together (call the MODEL2 of Interface 2) who meet a join clause and may be associated with a corresponding MODEL1 record search which generated the sequence value for the I_MODEL1 table and put it in this record for the I_MODEL2 table.
  
  Once both interfaces running, the two staging tables can be recessed. And, Yes, we have our own KM which twisted Oracle incremental update to push all the records through the agent, rather than simply generating the value of the sequence once for all of the defined result :-)

  I think it's possible if you remove the I$ 1 interface table. You just need to make sure that the second interface must not create one I$ table of the same name as the existing one (1st interface).

  Once the 1 interface will end the I reverse $ table and attach it to the corresponding source interface2. Then perform the necessary mappings. Now put them in order in a package.

• The Interface load forecast

  I am currently working on the Interface of forecast of legacy systems to oracle. According to my requirement, I need to load the forecasted data to table MRP_FORECAST_INTERFACE file and import the data to the MRP base tables.
  
  I wrote a command file to import the data into a custom table and perform some validation on data and inserted in the interface table, after that, I'm unable to process the data. I don't know the name of the program that will process the data from the interface to the standard tables MRP table.
  
  Or
  
  Do we need to make configurations automatically data will be collected. The data were present in the table interface for more than 2 days now.
  
  Please help resolve the isssue.

  The table interface is essentially just a relational table, there are a number of ways to get order dataexport data, report script, cdf, essbase mdx.
  You could automate with scripts, ODI, or if you are willing to pay then stars analytical.
