I have pressing F1 and adobe help manager says "awaiting download. I connect to the net after a reboot and load the adobe help Manager. I select the products I want help for (all) offline, I select "notify me when updates to help are available," it says waiting for download on all products. The UPDATING box does not work (in gray), I've hit, and I don't see any download from (confirmed by watching the activity on the resource monitor network traffic and disk). So I close adobe help Manager and reopen it. Now, it says 'Not available' and once again the UPDATE is grayed out. Well, I don't have any help files, then it would be REALLY great if the Adobe help Manager could do his job and download them. My guess is that Adobe has a server down which communicates with Adobe help Bishop and deploys client files Adobe help Mgr. It is a basic feature and really needs fixing.

  I'm getting rather fed up with Mozilla Firefox. First the nag UPDATE cannot be disabled despite the fact that I chose the setting "never check the updates." Firefox does not take into account this preference and returns to either automatic, or "check and let me choose.» WHO started the mess.   My staff S-O-P is to avoid the facilities unsupervised as much as I can. Since I generally distrust of MicroSoft, and over the years, found the Windows Add/Remove to default, I use Revo Uninstaller. Not 100% effective given my ignorance of Cybervillage but, perhaps foolishly, reassuring. So when I advised through FileHippo Firefox or any program, has an update, I have download and then install the Revo. In all cases (automatic update through the help that you suggest; complete crushing/installation manual by the heel), I still think that there should be a solution that would prevent wipe out of my preferences for Firefox, especially as, at least in my case, and especially under the new regime to release frequent update It has become an almost regular event.

  Movie Maker has problems with the .mpg files... best bet would be
  to convert the .mpg files before importing the .wmv format.

  Several formats are apparently compatible with
  Movie Maker, but the most reliable choices are:

  I want to add a footer frame in the main section of a report that will not get pushed off the page by an extensible framework above it, which can develop vertically, but will still allow the extensible framework continue on the next page (and print another foot on this page as well.   The reading function is expecting that the items to be updated, and 10 ms is the default time for this expectation. Affecting false wait the update value will probably solve this problem.

  When you have done the clean install, what Service Pack level are you up to? In other words, you have installed SP2 and SP3?

  What version of IE are you using?

  All your drivers are up to date?
