Shortcut Ctrl + "D" is not working in CS6 is a one off option?

Hi all

As the title says, I want to use my Ctrl + "D" for "Hotkey" a transition between clips. Yet, when selecting share and another of > Clips < even if I place my cursor in the Center to run the keyboard shortcut command, I get no results.--

  • Shortcut Ctrl C does not work in the main window of Firefox

    I use Firefox version 38.0.5, Windows 7
Since the update Ctrl + C shortcut does not work in the main window of Firefox. (I can't copy text from any website using Ctrl + C).

Click right and using the copy in the menu works perfectly. CTRL V and Ctrl X work fine without problem.

Ctrl C works fine when copying text from the address bar and search bar, I just can't copy anything from anything in the main window of firefox.

I tried to run Firefox in safe mode, I have also reset firefox and a virus scanner, but nothing has solved the problem.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. Thank you

  • Shortcut does not work in cs6

The shortcut - h command does not work. But it does drop down under Dreamweaver menu bar. On a mac 10.7.4

I can confirm that Cmd + H does not work in DW CS6 on a Mac. However, Cmd + Q works every time for me.

When you find what you think is a bug (and Cmd + H is certainly a bug), the best place to report it is via the application form of feature/bug to https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishformreport.

  • How to access the address bar via the BT keyboard? (ctrl-l does not work)

Having a whole bluetooth keyboard connected to my Android tablet, I can't really use it well with Firefox, as there is no way to reach the address bar using the keyboard. CTRL-L because it works on the desktop doesn't seem to work on Android tablet.

Is there a different key combination to achieve this, has she been neglected (as is normally not available on Android), or am I missing something obvious?

Are taken in charge for the keyboard shortcuts for entering text. However, you are right that the shortcuts such as ctrl + l do not work. We have an open question on this feature but do not have a precise timetable for its implementation.

  • CTRL + c does not work in ff 25

CTRL + c does not work in 25 FF in normal mode or in safe mode.
    I use win 8.1

    Hello

I have not heard of 25 FF origin of this particular problem, but I've heard other programs such as ZoneAlarm and QTranslate causing the problem on specific versions of Firefox.

For example these two previous requests for support: here and here.

The best way to test it is probably for a boot Windows safe with networking. Then see if you have the same problem in Firefox. If the problem does not appear Windows safe mode, then you can be sure that another application (security software most likely) is at the origin of the problem.

If the issue still seems Windows safe mode then I suggest to try a restart of Firefox:

Firefox - modules to reset and refresh settings

This will return the default settings for Firefox. Your bookmarks and history will be saved, but you will need to reinstall your add-ons.

    Hello

I think that your keyboard is faulty.
Connect an external USB keyboard and check if both CTRL would work.
If both work correctly using the external keyboard, then your internal keyboard should be replaced to solve this problem.

  • CTRL keys do not work on Portege R500

Both CTRL keys do not work on my Portege (Vista Biz) 500.

I guess this isn't a hardware problem. Because that both keys are not recognized even though I hardly use the CTRL button on the right.

I don't know if it is caused by a program (newly installed). I've just updated BIOS 1.6 without effect.

I also tried to boot the system with Linux on a USB key. Also, the keys do not work on Linux.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?
Can I remove the keyboard driver and reinstall it? Could someone explain the procedure?

Thank you for all the advice

    > laptop does not respond to the Ctrl + alt + delete even before starting an OS (for example, while being in its menu of BIOS).
The keys Ctrl + alt + delete key combination can be used ONLY in Windows OS
It will work not in the BIOS or Windows boot has not been done!

Finally, you must make sure that your laptop uses the latest version of the BIOS.
If a newer BIOS is available that be updated!

If this does not help, retrieve the device using Toshiba drive!
If the key still won't work, then you should get in touch with an ASP in your country.

  • Shortcut Ctrl-C is not copy in all programs on my laptop Wondows 7

    Separated from this thread.

I think we are wasting our time asking questions here because people seem to understand not to not work in 'all' because everyone seems to give advise to reset each program, you can not set for each program, when it does not work in 'all', say you click on My Documents and there is a file, then you click to select , and then try to use ctrl + c, it won't work, it's the question is all about, another one, you are going to anywahere in your office, or anywhere in your hard drive and select the file to be copied ot even switch IR or firefox or a word or whatever program you name, then select what you want to copy and then press ctrl + c , the result is 'does not work' program so, how do you think I have to manually since none of the 100 programs does it not at all... the reason I mention this here is what I will meet exactly the same problem, but the strange thing, I do face is only ' left ctrl + c ", is not work, right ctrl + c works perfectly , left 'ctrl' key yes works and touch "left c ' is at work, has also left 'ctrl + v' works perfectly... the keyboard driver? How about driver provided with windows 7? perform a fresh installation of windows 7 x 64, after installation has finished, then take me to windows where keyboard, card video mouse works perfectly without touching or install any drivers or install anything yet, just go to windows and try to use ctrl + c (left), it's just does not work...

For the explanation, I think it is clear to ask expert, Yes Sir/mam, what could be the problem? Please note that left 'ctrl' + INS key is the key it works but wants left ctrl + c to work as right ctrl + c, how can I set the same on the left please? I use the most old toshiba laptop worked perfectly on my windows 7 x 64... now, I just got the new PC toshiba laptop and install the same windows that I installed on an old man, it's just does not work... so this is the problem with keyboard? or the keyboard driver? or a specific kind of BIOS? or specific computer models?

I thank very you much in advance! :)

    PS: Sorry for my English...

    Hi Sam,

Usually this problem is due to a change in settings of the keyboard or because of material related issues. I would like to know some information about this problem so that we can help you further.

    1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    2. do you get any error code or error message while starting?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

    Method 1:

Try to connect external/different keyboard and check if the problem persists.

    Method 2:

Try reinstalling the latest drivers for the keyboard and check if it helps. This will help you to reset the keyboard settings.

Follow the steps to reinstall the keyboard driver:

    a. click Start , and then click Device Manager.

    b. search for keyboard drivers.

    c. right-click on the keyboard driver and click Uninstall.

    d. restart the computer (restart should reinstall the default drivers, if that does not happen, then try the next step).

    e. download the drivers for the keyboard of the computer manufacturer's website and install it.

Please reply with the status of the issue so that we can better help you.

  • Shortcut keys does not work in CS6

Since the upgrade to CS6, all shortcuts keys do not work.

For example, pressing "M" to go to the marquee tool has no effect, but "Command-T" (for processing) works very well.

This little bug prevents me to change one of the main tools, which hurts the flow of work badly enough.

  • Keyboard shortcut for close tab (CTRL + W) does NOT work for PDF tabs. Why? Solution?

    Hello

I had to use the keyboard rather than the mouse or trackpad pretty much recently due to injury. At the closing of the tabs, CTRL + W seems to do. However, it does not always work. It does not work with PDFs and often on YouTube as well.

What I've read, it's because of the development of collection of plugins. However, isn't there a way to replace it, because it's pretty heavy from the accessibility point of view?

    Thank you!

Hello, in regard to a PDF file, you may want to try the extension pdf.js (there could be still some bugs, but it is under very active development) - it makes PDF files with common web technology & shouldn't trap keyboard focus...
