  I have an iPhone 6 and uses iOS 9.3.2,and I recently deleted all my pictures and videos to free up space, "Manage the storage" in still however said circles I 23.4 GB of photos/videos like iTunes when I connect my iPhone to my Mac. I deleted my recently deleted folder and follow the instructions of a guy showing a year, which suggests to set my phone date about two years back and deleting the photos recently deleted the file and both of these solutions do not work. I have reset my phone (home and power button operation / stop) and also, it does not work. I don't want to wipe my phone and restore it if possible, but it's the only option I can think of next.

  Remove you the same way as you would from your hard drive. Insert the select flash player, open Explorer Windows, flash player, select the file you want to delete and either right click on it and then in the menu drop-down, click Delete or press Delete on your keyboard simply. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the file before be deleted to the trash.

  By the way, if they are large videos then they will simply be deleted and not moved to the trash, so be careful that you have slected the correct video before pressing DELETE.

  My iCloud drive is enabled in my iPhone 6 + and iPad Pro and on the Apple TV. I can see all the photos and videos on my Apple TV.   However, I had a problem with deleting the files. I dragged to the trash, and then tried to access the sites in question and received the same message. I restarted the computer and when I checked the files I was dragged to the trash were right where they were before. The only file that are been trashed was the .txt file.

  So I renamed them as you suggested and now everything works fine.

  Thank you again once - I tried to understand by using the troubleshooting Firefox site, but your explanation was simple and easy to follow.
