  Just create an Image backup of XP (before you upgrade) on an external USB drive. Then, whenever you may need to reinstall just Vista restore XP using the Image backup.

  For iOS, splash (Apple called the Images of launch) are needed. They also determine the right scale, so they must be of such dimensions as documented by Apple.

  You need both the splashscreen plugin (for iPad) and the statusbar plugin.

  you have 2 licenses. (you can find them when you connect with the customer for the vcenter tab in admin, licenses)

  1 for the vcenter itself

  1 for esx/esxi hosts.

  So yes, if your license allows 12 processors and you have already used 10 cpu, you can add 1 host more (esx or esxi) with 2 cpu.

  When you delete an esx server, you can of course add another esxi host.
