Should I uninstall 10 items prior to the installation of 12 elements?
It is not mandatory, but you can if you prefer to have only 12 installed. If uninstall you it beforehand, you will need the serial number for 10 If you bought 12 as an upgrade.

Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.
Once the update is complete.

Should I uninstall 10 items to install 11 items
I have Photoshop Elements 10 installed and I bought and downloaded 11 items today. My problem is when you install the software it goes for most of the installation until it's 'Shared Technologies', then it displays an error saying 'Shared technology' has not been installed and installing back up and uninstalls all that it had installed. So, does anyone know how I can install the downloaded Photohop elements 11 without getting the error? I also have Photoshop first 10 Elements and Lightroom 4.

I just installed CS4 on Windows 7 and I get the message that I need to update the NVIDIA driver.
Is it really neccassary to update the driver even though I have no problem using Photoshop?

I tried all the suggestions in the Adobe forums and nothing seems to work.
Installation shouldn't be a burden on a paying customer. You need a head to Papineau to install this lemon, maybe you need to hire by Jet Propulsion Laboratory technicians, who are able to fix bugs on the Mars rovers just by zapping a signal of our mother earth.
Pay back me, please, I'll buy it again if you can sell a product that is easy to install. And, well, please answer me directly to [email protected].

1. install 12 elements until it got to the point where it says the error message "the installation process has encountered an error installation Shared Technologies. If please restart your system and try again. »
2. well, I didn't reboot my system or that the process move. If you look at the level of the office, the 12 items and shortcut icon already - it seems that the installation is 99.99 percent complete, except that you can not open it.
3. while clicking on the shortcut, a message said something like "some device is missing. Download the latest Adobe Application Manager to open (or start) your evaluation software"or words to that effect. I downloaded the last Adobe Application Manager 8.0.
4. After downloading Adobe Application Manager, I clicked on the new shortcut of 12 items, and here he opened and works beautifully. However, the warning in no. 1 above is always displayed.
