  According to the guidelines of your account, you have a copy of Acrobat Standard XI and the serial number starts with 1016-***-***-***-***-*** and you try to install Acrobat PRO that is the reason why you get this error.

  Windows Live Mail 2011 doesn't have an option to turn off the slide show mode (it is part of the program).

  You can click on the image to see (which will open in whatever program is associated with that type of file images) or save (or all of them) and open later in a program of your choice.

  CSCse45048 fix seems to be integrated 2.13.1, then hw 1133 platform should have the same serial number on the "worm to see the" as seen on the box itself.

  So from your previous description, the conditions correspond to CSCsh40709. In related cases, this was seen on 1130 hw platform, as the serial numbers were not in a supported format is displayed.

  It seems that the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. If you are still in warranty HP will send a replacement. If this is not the case, a laptop SATA hard detail can be used. Just be sure to get a quality at least equal the original in order to use recovery disks. It may be big, but not small ability more. For example if you have a 500 GB hard drive you can use a 750 GB hard drive, but not a 320 GB hard drive.
