  This does not happen on my computers.  Try to download Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and see if that makes a difference.  I also recommend the safe boot and checking the virus.  Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  • If the menu bar is hidden, press in and hold the ALT key, this should make the convocation of Menu bar. Make sure you have the Navigation tools and other visible toolbars toolbar: view > toolbars.
  • If items are missing then see if you can find them in the view > toolbars > customize window.
  • If you see the item in the window customize then bring her back in the window, customize the Navigation toolbar.

  In order to quickly provide a solution, please answer these questions:

  1. is the issue limited while typing with Microsoft Office Word?

  If you use a laptop, there is a possibility that your palm is touching the touchpad and cursor to jump. You can try to reduce the sensitivity of the Touchpad and see if the problem still occurs.

  Make sure that you are not in drawing mode to object for drawing tool that select you. With the tool selected, find symbol in the controls in the tool that has a circle and a square around it.  If this option is selected, it will display the outlines of the items you draw because it is creating each as an object.

  in the file name box, press ENTER to go.  This will show the top part of your hard drive.  Now, open the users folder and find the right place to save.  This will save appropriately instead of the other account.
