  Davidl7534736 did you use the steps listed in App does not open. Wheel of progress turn continuously?  If so which version of the creative Cloud Desktop application do you currently installed?

• Essbase Single Sign we question

  I have a question about the SSO option in environmental assessments when connecting to Essbase.  It works when we connect to essbase server that is hosted on the same server as the EAS connected (for example, server1), but using server1 EAS, we are not able to connect to the server of essbase server2 using single sign-on option, here is the error message.  I see a runRegSyncUtil of utility which I assume will correct this problem so that the utility used synchronize the encryption key token sso between servers Please let me know if you know something about this and if so this will cause no problem

• A weird sign in question

  Greetings! I started to experience something really stupid in Skype 7.8.0.102. For a week or more now, whenever I sign in Skype, I connected with my status set to 'away' (the yellow circular clock near my icon of Skype). I can't understand how to change it, and when I asked my Skype-savvy friend, he said, he had never heard of a problem like this before.   I'm trying to edit a PDF Doc. I can see the PDF document. When I press the sign button, it goes to a white screen and filling displays the General load but gpoes then just white screen icon. I can add comments and other features. I can not it appears in the filling and the sign. Anyone else having this problem? Someone knows how to fix this? I confirmed that my Adobe is up-to-date as well.

  I downloaded just the creative cloud app and try to go to Illustrator.

  Whenever I click on it it asks to connect.

  I tried all possible options on your help page - exit and re - open, change my LAN settings, uninstall and reinstall, but nothing works.

  I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service by giving them my e-mail address, and then they told me to call a different number that does not work.

  Please could someone help as soon as possible because it is extremely frustrating. I lost a LOT of time trying to resolve this issue already.

  It seems like you get a white screen after the signature, try the following steps:

  Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.

  • Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [System drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
           Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  • Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  • Launch of creative cloud

  Please make sure that you enable the folder options show hidden files.

  This means that something is in there pointing to a document or an application that is no longer there.

  To remove: hold down the command key and drag everyone out of the toolbar. Pouf! They went.
