  You can create a different local account and then connect to the computer using the same when you don't have Internet access on your laptop.

  im hoping someone can help me with this problem! I got hard to get my apps to log my microsoft account. I went to update my email application that has been preset on my laptop and it told me that my email was not available, I thought nothing until I went to play games using my microsoft account as well and they said that they cannot connect as well.  My app store shows little black xs where a photo should be.
