  From the description, it seems that you want to remove one of the two Microsoft accounts.

  Once you remove the secondary account from Microsoft, you can use the primary address, but you can go as an alias.

  im hoping someone can help me with this problem! I got hard to get my apps to log my microsoft account. I went to update my email application that has been preset on my laptop and it told me that my email was not available, I thought nothing until I went to play games using my microsoft account as well and they said that they cannot connect as well.  My app store shows little black xs where a photo should be. I'm not sure what I should do and if anyone has any advice on what to try.

  Recently, I ran into problems of synchronization and so had to sign out and sign in my account from Microsoft on my PC in Windows 8.
  I have 2 steps check activate my Microsoft account and authenticate using the authenticator application for Windows Phone 8.
  I signed on the Microsoft account on my PC after switching to a local account and on the Microsoft account. I used normal password (not the app since it does not accept it).   I totally agree with PML, you should be able to set up IE and then go to the Windows updates from there, once you get on the Windows Update site it will scan your system and implement critical updates and optional updates SP2 and SP3 should be on the list. It's a way to force an immediate update.
