  Today, I tried to create a PDF from a web page. This easilly can be done using the built-in function. When I clicked on create, the login page appears as the link I gave was behind a login. So, I entered information in Acrobat and clicking connection. Acrobat asked me if I wanted to send the information to the server, so I clicked Yes. After that, my browser has popped up.   Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.  Then sign out of the iTunes Store and log in. (for applications not updated).

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  This first message is normal, because this is a message of level INFO, not WARN or ERROR.  It only means that a connection has been disconnected so that it can be moved to another port in the group.   I suspect that you run MEM?   Who's going to move, start, stop to need iSCSI sessions to hold the input/output symmetrical on the ports available on the berries.

  There seems to be three places where the files of my site: local files, server assessment and remote server.  I am happy with the remote server.  What I'm confused about are the other two.

  I understand that to build a site using mysql databases that I need to set up a test server.  Here is my configuration: Windows 10, CBWMS 2015.1 using XAMPP with the folder root of my site in htdocs.  I tested FormMail, hence the name of the site is formmail
