  Hi, just bought the 8610 wireless printer and it's my first hp ever.  Set up was super easy, but now when I try to print wireless from my MacBook Pro, it says not connected printer.  I printed the start fast and even guide reconnected the printer to the network. Also, I restarted my computer and the printer, but it does not my laptop print and takes the "work" in the queue.  I see my work when I click on the icon of the printer on the bottom of my computer but nothing.  I went through the steps you guys have listed on the forum and tried to "open the queue of the printer" and nothing.  I currently am able to print from my iPhone and iPad so I know it works on this end.  Help, please!

When we open Windows Mail and click send/receive, we get a pop-up that says that we are not connected (though we are).   OK, this all started with the wonderful Itunes software. I play my game online and decided that I wanted to enjoy the music while playing, so I decided to open itunes. Although Itunes does not open I needed Quick Time for her to run. I had removed earlier because I have ever used and only decided no interest to keep around if it does not get used. I decided to uninstall itunes and reinstall to fix the problem but nope ikept getting a window of windows installer could not find the Quick Time .msi file telling me to locate the correct path tried to remove itunes and quick time with ccleaner chance either. Iwent online and I tried several forums tried to do some research and I came across a few that I don't remember, but I was told to go BACK.

  So I opened my menu start typed the cmd and press ENTER, then enter the site told me to type msiexec.exe/unregister type msiexec.exe/regserver hit I believe, but I don't see anyhting happening in so doing I wish I could link the site running ccleaner, but try to fix my computer has rid of history. another site I was sent in the system registry there he told me to go to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and click on change and highlight permissions and ensure that the system was in the Group window, the only thing I did here was allow my profile I have connect full control by clicking on the box I then press on apply and restarted nothing change , I tried to uninstall itunes and quicktime without success so I went into the registry and unchecked the box hit apply and restart. After the neighborhoods that I decide to say screw it I'll play my game without music. Well, I get the game that does not work the sound for some reason, and then I get booted from my game with an access violation error and inotice I am connected to internet but windows says im not connected to a network. From that moment, my lower right corner of my screen shows the two symbols of the monitor with a red x is still going through im online. I'm afraid that someone might be access to the contents of my computer somehow but I don't know enough to be sure. The irony is now, I downloaded the Windows Installer and removed quicktime and reinstalled them but atill itunes can't play music cause itunes says that this computer doesn't have access to this music so please someone help me out if you can I would really I just want my computer to be as it was before today.

  Most of the time, according to me, you can describe what your computer is able to find a wireless router but the router doesn't send an IP (its normal function).  He would say connected, but no internet connection.

  This is usually:

  1. your Internet service provider is down or your connection to it is broken.  If this is the case there is nothing you can do about it.  Call your service provider.

  2 your computer network security key does not match the one in the router.

  Next:

  2. If that does not resolve the problem, you must remove this network from your list of networks to manage Windows 7.  Then try to connect again using the network key, you know.

  I recommend you hold off on any more or trying to solve this problem. It is not only you who is affected. It seems to be a problem on server-side affecting multiple users.
