• macOS Sierra problems with screen sharing

  Hello

  After update to Sierra in two of my Macs, I can´t use the screen sharing. I used to use my second computer using screen sharing, but now, whenever I connect I see the split screen but active areas for use on as sleep, restart and turn off keep its original position. This means that if I like the closing down of the remote computer, I need to press just left... really strange sleep.

  I'm trying to connect to remote VNC Android and the appearance of the screen split also and with the same problem.

  Anyone has the same problem or an idea how to fix?

  Solved!
  Omission of base: after the descent of the Sierra update on both computers, forgot I manually start the.app after the update to the same date (a few minutes before). This cause the problem.
  I launch the.app server run OK and no problem with screen sharing.
  Maybe not to repeat this mistake, but just in case it's useful, I leave my explanation.

• Problem with Variables shared in exe running on Windows 2000

  Anyone know if there are problems with the Variables shared on Windows 2000? I can't get the LabVIEW executables that use shared Variables to work Windows 2000 on a computer with just the runtime engine.  Everything works perfectly on XP on a machine with just the LabVIEW runtime engine installed (using LV 8.5).  Shared variables are supposed to work less than 2000.  I have attached the sample code that is based on one of the examples NOR to the Variables Shared - editor and the Subscriber - with some extra stuff for the diagnosis, I added.  On Windows 2000, you can only run one or the other exe.  It seems that as soon as the other come to the part on the diagram with the shared variable node it crashes.  Shared variables are getting written in the because if you close the editor and then run the exe subscriber it reads the latest values set properly.

  On Windows 2000 I tried with the administrator account and off the ladies of viruses, firewalls.  There may be another Windows 2000 setting that causes this problem with the two exes trying to access shared variables.  I do not have the development environment on Windows 2000 computer that the purpose of this exercise is to see if its worth using shared variables.  Windows 2000 computers remain the same in the Test and measurement world.  A research on Developer Zone does not there is no particular problem with Windows 2000.

  Thanks for the comments!  Your feedback will help us improve LabVIEW for our customers.  This bug has been reported to R & D (#45493), and they're currently investigating this issue.  For now, the best solution seems to be using a different operating system, as this seems to occur only in Windows 2000.  Thanks for the comments!

  Here's my conceerns:

  What needs to be done to overcome the problems of incompatibility?
  Do I need to download new software files compatible for windows 7 and then install
  for example VLC media player, Skype, MySQL Server I am running
  or currently existing files are compatible to install with Windows 7?

  Would I be able to upgrade to windows 7 without any problem and safely?

  Could you please help me with the questions above?

  You understand that you will not be able to upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7?  He will have to do a clean install.

  The BES, when I click on the attachment in MS Office format I'm offered the choice of 'View' (where the server makes) or "Edit with Documents To Go" where the entire file is downloaded and saved locally for display and editing.  It is good to have a choice, sometimes I want one and sometimes the other.

  My partner is on BIS but it seems she's not offered a choice.  "Open the attachment" always saves a copy and reservoirs in Documents To Go.  For large documents is not always ideal, and it would be good to have the choice.  I guess that the BIS can make documents as BES (for the case where the user does not have an appropriate application installed on the device, for example).  Is there a way to configure the device to ask more specifically?

  I've upgraded to the latest Documents To Go (2.0004), and now the device offers the possibility of 'View' (render server) or "Edit with Documents To Go" (application of device).  If all is good now.

  I tried to load my sequence in the first but the 'link Direct to Speedgrade' has not been stressed.

  SpeedGrade works great as a standalone version of ranking. In this mode, you can use tell a NLE EDL or import a long clip and use scene detection to break up in scenes/camera-cuts and such. In this mode, it creates its own project files, the .ircp ones.

  You can also stand-alone/mode natively just to create a new project, add clips to a timeline and ranks, exporting separate clips or as a sequence.

  The link Direct with Premiere Pro process is a little different... you need to start with a project in Premiere Pro, have direct comparative version of SpeedGrade and then use the command "send direct SpeedGrade" of Premiere Pro, OR... to within SpeedGrade, use the 'Open' option... «to navigate to a PrPro of dialog boxes file, with the end of .prproj, project and opened in SpeedGrade.» When you're done working, you can then either simply save your work which is then saved in the project file PrPro and exit, or save the file and return to the PrPro.

  However, I have assigned rights in PDBTEST for both users c# a and c ##b.

  For the common c ##b user, is there another way, I can access PDBTEST?

  Connect as sysdba

  1 > created two user c# a and c ##b (container = ALL)

  2 > common role granted with all privileges: c ##role (container = ALL)

  3 > assigned c ##role both user: c# a and c ##b (container = ALL)

  4 > created PDB: PDBTEST

  Changed session and containing value = PDBTEST

  5 > granted c ##role to two users: c# a and c ##b inside the PDBTEST

  6 > connect with c# a (and not as sysdba)

  Changed session and containing value = PDBTEST

  7 > table created and inserted record: TestTable

  8 > connection with c ##b (and not as sysdba)

  Changed session and containing value = PDBTEST

  I'm not able to access the record of "TestTable" after you connect with c ##b...

  Even more, if I connect with c# a, I can access inserted records.

  It has nothing to do with the PDB, it is just the works of oracle way - to query a table that belongs to another yo uhave to precede their schema name unless you do one of 2 things

  (1) create a synonym (public or private) for their purpose

  (2) use alter session set current_schema

  So in your case you'd be (both logged in as ##b c)

  (1) create synonym c# table_name #a.table_name;

  (2) alter session set current_schema = c# a;

  Now, if you say

  Select * from table_name as c ##b it will work.

  (1) is permanent

  (2) must be adjusted each time you connected

  I think you're confusing a pdb with a schema file.
