  About two days ago, I noticed that when I tried to access some websites using Firefox, I always got this error message. "The connection was reset". I'm not sure what the problem is here, but any solution will be appreciated. I have used Firefox for years and I'm really not comfortable using a different browser.

• Preview a local site in Explorer - display no image. Other browsers OK...

  We have not loaded yet, the site on the server is still all local. When I saw the site in opera, firefox and chrome - all right. But when I open it in Explorer, some images don't pop up. I tried lowering security settings and go to the options, but nothing helped. The same thing happens when I copy the root folder on another computer and try the site (2nd computer too Explorer).

I go to the import function and choose the bookmarks HTML file and nothing happens at all. I tried to use other browsers for import, but nothing happens. I don't know how to solve this problem.

  I thought that maybe I could transfer the HTML file in a JSON file, but I couldn't find a way to do it, even after it is renamed file extensions. The HTML file may possibly be corrupt? I'm running out of ideas on how to do to import my favorites!

  I managed to fix it.

  (1) I opened the HTML file with notepad.
  (2) I then went to file > save as >

    -Then changed the file type to, "All Types"
  

  (3) then in file name I named it Bookmarks.JSON

    -The HTML file now saved as a JSON backup and I was able to import it.
