During the upgrade Photoshop 6, I started to notice that the images were looking a little harsher and less mixed with small amounts. I have included a comparison of the image once it is resized up to 192 x in both programs. The original image can be found here: Image. As you can see, there are certainly a different style of mixing pass that leads to a contrast high on the borders between colors and lines.
