  • Size of the cursor too fat specifically in InDesign

I just downloaded and installed the creative cloud InDesign and found that different forms of display area of 'work' are too large and a bit pixelated.

I don't know if they're supposed to be this great... but really, it seems useless and is rather irritating me!

  • How can I change the size of the cursor, pointer-bar?

I am running 8.1 Windows on a PC. I updated to the latest InDesign through the creative center of cloud. Everything works perfectly except for the fact that my pointer/cursor-bar is huge. At least three or four times higher than normal. I looked at the section Preferences > interface and then all sections in preferences, but can't seem to find the topic anywhere. No other program I use has changed the size of the cursor or the size of the bar I. It only happens in the InDesign program. I also use Photoshop Elements, but the size of the cursor is unchanged. InDesign is the only culprit. The size of bar I is stressing out me, especially when the entry or modification of the text. Help!

  • Size of the cursor mouse does not exactly reflect the size of the brush

The mouse cursor does not reflect the size of the brush in Photoshop CS5 on an iMac OS 10.5. If I try to draw two lines parallel to the edges touch by aligning the edge of the circle cursor, there is a gap between the lines, no matter how hard I put the brush.

I use a Wacom Intuous 4 mouse, but the problem persists with the standard of the mouse after I uninstall the Wacom driver, so Wacom people say that it is a problem of photoshop.

The cursor size is larger than the size of the effect I use the brush, tool history, brush brush clone or healing.

    Hi Melissa,

Did you the latest changes on the system?

You can try the following steps and check if it helps.

    a. click Start and select Control Panel

    b. go to The Accessibility Options and select display (tab).

    c. under "cursor Options", move the "width" slider all the way to the left (narrow), and then click APPLY.

  • brush cursor does not match the size of the brush I use

The cursor brush changed recently so that it is much larger than the real brush to which is applied a background or a picture.  I can't tell where or how large the brush will apply.  I have reset the Brush tool and checked the Brush tool options.  All are set to zero except the brush spacing which is 25%.  He is always spacing of 25%.  I recently started using a magic mouse on my iMac instead of a regular computer mouse.  I am using the brush in Photoshop Elements 10 and Photoshop CS4 tool.  What is a mouse problem?

  • the cursor size does not exceed 200

I'm doing a burning and dodging in photoshop CC, but when I use the [&] to change the size of the cursor, it will not not exceeding 200 pixels in size.  In fact, it continues to grow, but the Visual of the cursor remains at the 200 pixel size I tried to change the cursor preference but the same thing regardless of what I have chosen.  The same problem exists for the brush with the stamp tool.

I've updated my 10.9.5 OSX and the problem is now resolved.

  • Can I get the size of the decent text everywhere?

Including system menus, applications on opening without zooming, etc.. ?

I use a size of minimum font in Firefox, of course, but I need a solution in the world.

I have been using the reduced resolution settings, but they blur text and cause spacing and make bugs. I can't use the zoom options for accessibility, because the zoom and other animation often triggers my migraines. I had my eyes checked last year.

    Hello Marja, e.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I see that you want to change the appearance of text on your MacBook to make it easier to see what is on your screen. I understand how difficult it can be to not be able to see the items on your Mac, as well as it should. I often have to change the settings for appearance on my MacBook as well. Let's see how I can help out.

See the article OS X El Capitan: make it easier to see what's on the screen, more precisely, these sections:

Change the appearance of the desktop

Make the less transparent office: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then select "Reduce transparency." The transparent areas of the gray became windows desktop and app.

Choose an image from the office with less colors or forms: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Desktop & screen saver, click Desktop, browse folders of photo on the left, then select a less crowded picture or a solid on the right color.

Making darker borders: choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then select 'increase the contrast. OS X automatically reduces transparency and makes the borders of buttons, boxes, and other elements more visible on-screen.

Increase the size of the cursor: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click view, and then move the cursor size slider to the right that you need.

Make icons and other larger items

Increase the size of icons and the desktop icon text: control-click on the desktop, choose Show Options, then move "Icon size" slider to the right. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

Increase the size of the icons and icon text in a folder from the Finder: select the folder in the Finder, and then choose View > View Options. The view you are using for the folder determines how to increase size.

    • To display the icon, move "Icon size" slider to the right. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

    • For a list or Cover Flow view, select the size of icon to the right of "size of the icon. Click on the drop down menu "Text size", then choose a text size.

    • For the display of the column, click the drop-down menu "Text size", then choose a text size. You can't choose a size from icon.

Increase the size of items in the Finder and Mail boxes: menu choose Apple > System Preferences, click general, click on the drop down menu "Sidebar icon size", then choose wide.

For more information, please see OS X El Capitan: use accessibility features

    All the best.

  • Control of the cursor on the graphs

    Hello

In my testbend to the experience and I want to add some graphics facilities on a chart.

For example, taking a snapshot below; IWant to see the location of the Xa and Xb points on the graph at the bottom.

After reading a few posts, I undestood that the best solution for this kind of thing is using the sliders.

If this is the case, I need to add a slider 2 (in emissions way, if possible) and then control them using some clues.

There are some examples that show how do.

    Thank you.

PS Ce would be as well to "bulbs" on the location of the points.

    > It would be as well to "bulbs" on the location of the points.

That is the question for the OR. You can select cursor point style, but you cannot change its size. When you change the size of the cursor, it affects only the thickness of line to cursor and you can get only big vertical cross, not just any what piont of style as you do with graphics. At least, LV2011, may be they fixed that in 5 years seems sufficient.
