• New Windows 7 pro machine always prints the first page in a direction, but all other pages are printed in a different orientation

  We bought a new PC for one of our employees that is running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. We have several printers throughout our office area. There are three printers that this person will print to the two Ricoh printstations and a Brother Laser printer. Any printer that employee uses printers still print the first page, a focus on the next page and all other pages in the other direction. The first page is always printed in the opposite direction of whatever orientation has been selected.

  If it has a four page document and select landscape as the orientation, the first page prints in portrait orientation while the other three pages will be printed in landscape. She can go back and print the document again and all four pages will be printed in the right direction. This happens no matter which printer she uses, as well as any program (Word 2010, Excel, Adobe, web pages, etc...). Any suggestions?

  You need to calibrate your screen with a hardware calibration device. Whatever you have set as default is broken when it comes to Lightroom.

• CC of Photoshop crashes at the opening, but all other CC applications seem to work very well.

  I just installed CC last night, so I have a lot of time working with the CC apps still... Bridge is works well since the beginning for a LOT of sorting and tagging the images for a day and a half, and I opened CameraRAW, a handful of times without problem, then tonight I tried to open Photoshop CC for the first time and got a bunch of strange on expired trials and problems of activation messages and other errors and then it crashed... At first, I think that my internet security software might hinder attempts to Photoshop to confirm licensing online, but I seem to have gotten smooth... so I no longer get the weird licensing error, but just after that Photoshop load very quickly get the error "Photoshop has stop working" and it crashes. After experiencing this problem I went and I tried all my other apps CC and first, Illustrator, InDesign, bridge all seem well... just Photoshop gives me questions.

  I use CC on Windows 7 pro. I have Master Collection CS3 and CS5 installed on this computer... but I uninstalled these completely before installing new applications.   I got it working with the help of Live Chat technical support. There was some sort of error that happens with my graphics driver... something that was not a problem with my previous version of Photoshop is now a problem with the new version. I've updated the graphics card driver and software through the manufacturer's website and that helped me to pass through.

  After updating the driver... at first it was as if I'd a while back... I'm a mistake period expired trial again on open Photoshop first, but then I tried again a disconnection and connection back to the CC, as noted previously ( http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately-launch.html )... and this time, which contributed to correct the error of the trial and that time was not followed to crash (thanks to the update of the graphics driver).

  I've just implemented the of HP216B all-in-One printer. All wireless connections are perfect and I can print from multiple connected wireless laptops and a desktop connected via ethernet to the router. All the basic functions of printing, sca, working copy. I followed all of the Web Services and that seemed to work. Wireless test shgows all to be in perfect condition. I have an IP address, etc.. However, when I'm in the ePrintCentre shows printer not connected and when I try to send an email to the printer it appears as pending in print jobs. Clearly, the printer is not connected to the internet and which is also verified by the fact that the PrintApps can not download print from the web site of hpcentre.

  I turned the printer off and on again. I deleted the printer and added it again - everything to nothing will do. I looked through the forums and still have no success.

  Anyone any ideas?

  OK, it's working now. Don't know why or how but several attempts to turn on the printer and to the wide coupled with e-mail delivery address worked. I also changed from specifying eligible email addresses that all and today my impressions arrived.   I can get the video from You Tube, BBC, CBC and other sources, but trying to get live news or programs on Al Jazeera, I get a blank screen there are still pictures and text even you Tube Video off the site of Al Jazeera is available?  I tried to get vidoe with my smartphone Nexus 4 using the same Internet connection it works fine running CHROME?  I have reset my Adobe Adobe flash, reading and other programs after rinse, clean of my same run all the TOOLS of the Windows DIFFICULTY and goes to the HP available site for help. I also rebooted the computer after loading and cleaning programs.  I'm Vista running on a HP Telechareger and have had NO problem getting video of Al Jazeera in the past rickswan_69

  This looks like a problem with the content provider.  As other videos work, it seems that your installation of Flash Player behaves normally.  I would recommend that you reach out for support, the content provider, or wait a day or two for them to discover and correct the situation.

  When I try to print, all the colors, including gray, print very well, but black does not print.  I tried two new cartridges which do not solve the problem.  Also, I rebooted the computer and the printer and clean the print head.  Printer has two years.  Any ideas for troubleshooting?  I'm on Mac OS X Lion (10.7.5) thank you.
