  I am unable to connect via http, for example to a brand new installation of 64-bit Windows Server 2008. The server is in a domain, but is not a domain controller (which is another problem altogether).

  A specific example, IIS7 is running on the server and the site is accessible locally via http://localhost, but when I try to connect from another machine on the same subnet, the connection is denied, even if the Windows Firewall is disabled in all profiles.

  I am able to connect to and browse shared folders on the server by using Windows Explorer, it is not a user account or physical connection problem. I can ping other machines on the network from the server, but trying to ping the server causes another machine "Destination host unreachable".

  I have determined that the server refuses simply connections TCP from any other machine. I think, there must be some other configuration setting I'm missing...

  In the network and sharing Center, I see that my connection type is 'Internet', which can very well what is the problem, but I have no way to change that.

  Connection bluetooth Xperia XA for car (Sony radio/Microsoft Sync) translates in all incoming calls being inaudible, that the volume is set to minimum. Even turning the full radion volume cannot quite hear the conversation. Bluetooth works fine on other phones (Samsung/romaric/Medion tried without problems). It just seems that the Xperia XA is not quite connect properly.  I imagine that it would also for emergency help function of the car so that automatically calls emergency accident.   Hardware support you are looking for is not on this forum.  However, you cannot block calls from your VCS for an individual endpoint.  This can be managed endpoint itself using the "do not disturb".  Access the Web interface and the function is located under 'Configuration' or 'System Configuration' depending on the version of firmware you have.  Then go to the 'Conférence' option on the left panel, scroll down until you see the section "do not disturb".  Change the timeout to zero and the mode 'on '.  This will tell your end point to block all incoming calls until you manually disable this feature.
