Slow charge of Windows 8 Apps and restarts after a few minutes

I would ask on the loading times on some applications of windows 8. I just bought a new Sony laptop with windows 8, I was waiting for it about a year ago.  Some applications, like mail, Skype, store, skydrive, takes a long time to load, sometimes it shows just 'points of return' or the 'great application icon"in the middle of the screen.  A few times, it took 1 minute to start.  Is this in relation to internet bandwidth?  No matter if it is just started windows or aired for some time, it's always like that.
Another thing is that these same apps, almost every 5 to 15 minutes to restart.  A few times he just get "refreshed", sometimes it take a minute to load again.
As you can imagine at this point, I'm not a person is fluent in English, so please excuse me.

If your PC does not respond well or do things as fast as you think it should, you can try some of the tools provided with Windows to improve performance.

    Follow these methods.

    Method 1: Follow these steps:

    Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists.

    Step 2: If the problem does not still in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state of the link to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

    After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    On the audio issue, try the following.

    Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, select "View update history" in the left pane and then select "Installed updates" link in the next window.

    Locate the update of KB2962407, right click and choose uninstall.  Once completed, restart the computer, open windows control panel, open Windows Update and select "Check for updates".  You will see the update that you have uninstalled just offered once again - right click and select "Hide update".

    If the pesists of the problem, right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, then select playback devices.  Right click 'Speakers and headphones' (or speakers/HP), and then select Properties.  Select the Advanced tab, and then remove the check box "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device."  Click apply and then click Ok to save this change.

    Restart the laptop.

    Without the help of Adobe I tried to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

    In the user guide for AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool Adobe says contact us if there are errors in the log after you run this tool and guess what there are errors in the log file, but there is no way to contact the Support from Adobe and to get this other file for them. I've been a customer of creative cloud for months, and use that I got from her was ridiculously low all this lack of reliability. I really miss the days you installed only once a year and maybe fix something and then you were set for a year of cruise with your Adobe products. I am very disappointed, and unless Adobe can help I'll leave Adobe forever because there is no excuse to sell something that does not work and do not provide support at the same time.     If I understand your message, by updating your Mac you have forced stop, or you have closed the lid, and now it does not start.  To start, I suggest that try you to start in safe mode by following the instructions below.  For later use, it's a good idea to not force the computer to shut down or close the lid while it is up to date, because it can cause problems.

    1. Choose the Apple menu > shut down.

    2. After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

    3. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

      You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

    4. Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

    To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

    Try this... you can first unplug your cable ethernet and if it does not restart... here may be the problem. The following has worked for me, but I tried not to disconnect the cable first.

    Open network and sharing Center

    In select it left panel > change map settings

    Right click on Local area connection > properties > configure

    Advanced tab

    The title of the property (listbox):

    Select > Shutdown Wake-On-Lan

    In the value (drop down list): (change) turn off

    I recently acquired a voice recorder HccToo 8 GB. However, whenever I connect it to my computer I get a message saying that the device is ready to use and after a few minutes the error message "hardware Id missing.
    The usb cable that connects to the camera has no problem (and should be universal). And I tried to connect to other computers on win 7 with the same results. I also watched online solutions, but this problem seems to apply mainly to phones.

    I would be grateful for any advice on what I can do about it.

    Did you try to connect other USB devices and check the issue?

    If problem persists, try the steps to uninstall the USB Device Manager, uninstall the drivers of device from the list of programs, and then download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

    Step 1:

    Uninstall the device from Device Manager

    • Open the Device Manager
    • Expand the USB section.
    • Find the USB device.
    • Click with the right button on USB and select Uninstall.
    • Select the check box delete the driver for this device.
    • Restart the computer after the uninstall is complete.

    Step 2:

    Uninstall the drivers of device from the list of programs in the control panel

    • Click Start, select Control Panel
    • Now, click on programs and select programs and features.
    • Find the USB.
    • Right-click USB driver and select Uninstall.
    • Restart the computer after the uninstall is complete.

    Step 3:

    Download and install the latest drivers for the USB on the manufacturer's Web site
