  • Fast/slow video forward and back smoothly in flash with or without FMS?

I want to play fast and slow video forward and backward smoothly. Otherwise it is possible increase or decrease fps video to achieve...

with or without FMS in flash as3...

    Help, please

The best you can do is seek() in another era and if you do it fast enough "' smooth. What it is based on is the setting of the keyframe for F4V/FLV/MP4.

Without FMS, you are limited to tends ant () in keyframes. This means that if they value of keyframes 1 keyframe every 10 seconds, you can ask only every 10 seconds. Keep this in mind. It seeks to the keyframe closest at a time that tell you it to look for. This makes research almost impossible smoothly without tons of keyframes that add a lot of the video size.

FMS has solved the 2 big problems. You can ask at any time with or without a keyframe here and it does not require to download the full video to look further. Progressive will require that you have already loaded the video in the field you're trying to get to. If you fast forward right on page load may not look beyond what it has downloaded.

    Hello

One of the possible reasons could be the speed of the internet thanks to which time can take to the buffer. You can try under methods:

    Method 1:

You try to save the video to your computer to see if the problem persists.

    Method 2:

You can pause the video and let the video buffer for a few minutes before selecting the 'Play' button again. Giving the download a few minutes to catch up while the video is paused can help solve the problem.

    Hope this helps,

I have a quadruple-heart 2.4 amd phenom 9750 with 8 GB of ram and nvidia 9600 gt card but I look vidieos it always stops and buffers. It seems that he shouldn't do that. Is wireless high-speed Internet connection says on screen conection 100mps for speed. Ive tried different browsers and different sites that you tube and yahoo still buffering any help will b appreciated

What system and what really happens can be two entirely different things.  Go to:http://my.verizon.com/micro/speedtest/broadband/ and check to see what your ACTUAL connection speed - it may not be what you expect and can identify the problem (in which case you should contact your ISP to get them to fix the problem, if the speed is too slow).

Also, try disabling anything else using the internet at the same time (other browsers, other open windows or tabs, windows or AV software or other updates,...).  This can also be caused by your security software. Try to turn it off while watching a video and see if that makes a difference.  If so, you may want to consider a different security software product (and don't forget to reactivate once the video is finished).

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Satellite Pro P105 - oar and Vista slow videos

Lately, my PC is bein very lag each time I watch a video and sometimes particularly slow to switch from one window to the other.

I had a GE 7900 NFORCE and 2 MB of ram T7200 intel core2 DUO, I ran antivirus and anti-spyware.
Everything seems fine but I can't possibly watch a video (I tried too many Windows video player and DVX) and sometimes even other applications become slower.

Everything worked well until 4 days ago.

There are perhaps too many background processes. Try to stop all unnecessary processes. When everything was OK when start checking all installed stuff. I think that some added demand make busy HARD disk and result is slow Vista.

    Hello

You should check if you have all codecs installed that is required by your system to play movies correctly.
I suggest to restore your system, install the latest drivers for nvidia to these sites:

After that you put video, say in a title, or PiP (Picture in Picture), or add/change an effect, you should get a red line on the relevant clips.
