Very slow performance with the Web Client vSphere
I'm testing the vSphere Web Client, but I find it excruciatingly slow - it takes almost 5 minutes just to open a session, and each click after that I take a good load of 30 seconds before the new page is completed. I think I spent a good 10 minutes to total just go to the screen where I could power on a virtual machine, which is something that can been done in less than a minute using the traditional desktop client.
Horribly misconfigured web client somehow?
The following changes improved the performance of the web client of my client. So far, no more hung tasks, navigation in the console of the web client has been improved. We are always monitoring well.

How to present a drive on a Virtual Machine of the SAN storage?

My Question is that suppose we have three Machines virtual VM1 and VM2 VM3 respectively running on an ESX host. Now, we would like to introduce a SAN storage disk that is HP EVA VM02.
How we would present disk for this particular virtual machine.

A VM disk can be a vmdk file or disc RDM.
With vmdk, you take the space of a VMFS data store, which is a logical unit number which could be simple presented to the ESX (and can be shared across ESX) and is formatted by ESX.
With RDM you take a raw SAN disk, you must always present at ESX (as a VMFS data store), but you must add it to your VM without ESX format.

Crashing apps and the slow performance since the installation of macOS Sierra

Im a user of long date Mac but displays the first time that I was pretty happy with everything that on my macbook pro for the past years... until I installed Sierra a day ago.

Very slow performance of the HP 15 sleekbook

Two weeks ago, I bought a HP 15 sleekbook model 15-b171sd with Windows 8 pre installed. The performance has been terribly slow. When I just wanted to open Explorer, well I could grab a cup of coffee. So I booted into the BIOS and choose material control menu. All tests passed, no error not found. Then I thought that it would be installing windows 8 which may not be turned. I got the operating system that has been painful slow. I lasted for hours and hours.
Then, same result, system performance was worse even to switch to the desktop mode and the windows menu of tiles and back 8.
Do you have any tips for me what to do?

Slow performance on the configuration established wireless
The side of my network wireless is suddenly slow (50 to 400 Kbps vs 5 + Mbps on the wired side). All speed measurements were made using the bandwidth test AT & Ts DSL. No obvious changes in the environment causing change although the new computers and automatic updates for XP, Vista and McAfee certainly happened. No existing threads seem to fix the problem where my request for advice from this forum.
The environment is two access points Linksys WAP54G v2 separated by about 70 feet and several interior walls / external, connected by cables CAT5 Cisco SD2005 gigabit switch that is in turn connected to a 1070-B 2Wire DSL modem / gateway with AT & T permission. Each access point is 'visible' to other indicators on laptops signal strength (ie. five bars close AP and a bar for the distant). Laptops, iPhone / iTouch, a Lexmark, an Xbox 360 and a soundbridge M1001 Ruku printer wireless. A Lenovo K series desktop computer is connected directly to the switch. The WAP54Gs have different SSID and are on Channel 6. The default tag and thresholds of 100 and 2346 RTS were left untouched. Both are in AP mode. Both refer to the 2Wire gateway to 192.168.1.254. Both have active DHCP. I remember tweaking a MTU setting to make the work of the Xbox, but can't find it after the update of the firmware mentioned below. The DHCP table in the 2Wire is the IPs assigned to the various devices. There are two 2.5 Ghz phone systems in the home. The two have been in place, before slowing down and both are at least 20 feet removed rom the APs.
Since meeting the problem, I flashed channel firmware v3.04 on both devices (no change), tried 11 on one of them (no change or maybe slower), changed the tag at 50 interval and threshold RTS 2305 (rendered unusable, the AP), passed under Security a common to various key WPA2 WEP key.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
The wired side of the LAN is subsequently degraded. I have a PC connected directly to the bridge and got expected throughput leading me to conclude that the switch was bad. I replaced it and all parts of her UM now LAN. Not much of a life cycle for the switch to a year in a clean environment.

Extremely slow performance since the reinstallation of Vista Acer restore disk
I have serious problems with my laptop since the reinstall Vista for my Acer recovery media. The CPU usage goes to 100% whenever a program is open or a transparent effect comes into play. An example would be allowing the Windows Sidebar and hovering the mouse over the bar to make the window fades. He sees the jump to 100% CPU has not completed the fade in and out. SD video play is more correctly, hence loss of images and speaker crackling and content HD is completely out of the question. Web-based video streaming is possible and even simple tasks like opening the windows and web browsing is stupidly long wait time while the system catches up. Even the pointer of the mouse leaves trails!
I'll list the steps I tried to try to get to the bottom of this below.
-Uninstall most software Acer
-Reinstalled the graphics and the sound card drivers
-Installed all the Windows updates available
-Disabled Windows Update service
-AV/Firewall software uninstalled
-Checked starter and Services to search for suspicious programs
-Scanned for viruses/Spyware
-CPU Ran diagnostic tool (forget the name) - ran for an hour, no warnings or errorsTaskManager is used, the processes using the CPU is what either the application is currently in use at this time (for example, when sidebar is faded, jumping to use upward in the process manager, then comes back down to 0 until another task is carried out), there is no single process using the majority of the processing power and no CPU usage is reported when the system is inactive.
Any suggestions on what to try next?

Why do you run recovery in the first place?You had a bad load of recovery, rerun it wouldn't hurt.
You can also have a problem of material, in which case you will need to identify and replace the defective part.
It is also possible that you have a rootkit, and moving requires more than a simple reformatting/reinstall. The answers to the above questions would indicate more precisely what direction you should take. Many new machines with Windows preinstalled have much extra "Bloatware" which can really slow things down... If it's a laptop especially...
It's a fairly common thing for 3rd party security to take a big hit on your internet connection...
I'm just using the Windows Security, and my internet works in max, most of the time...
Over the weekend and during the first Monday Night Football of the season it was really slow.
You can take a look at the Stratup taskmanager tab and do a little research on Google about the things you find.
You might be able to disable a lot of it...
Same thing in msconfig... Services tab... Click on the box hide all Microsoft downstairs and check what is excluded.

dealing with slow performance of the game?
So, I run a difficult obstacle, trying to develop a game for iphone 4/ipad. The best comparison to what I am would probably be Plants vs. Zombies. My road bock is that I can't have more than 10 enemies on screen bofore that get significant slow down. Update 2.7 helped a little, but not enough to really get the preformance I need.
My the game resolution is 960 x 640. All on-screen objects are rasterized (png) and founded. I went to GPU mode. The purpose of 'the enemy' average is about 60 x 100 pixels and a dozen images to animation. I do not use blending modes and no change in property .alpha. No interpolation. I basically pulled out all major aonther at some point and just tested code with a large number (say 14) enemy objects (animation film clips) on the screen (and seen slowly dragging him down). I am also a pool of objects almost everything.
I saw games push WAYYY more in terms of how much they spend on screen, so I wonder if it's one of the limitations of the Flash engine? I can only imagine that I am just short of memory?
Any ideas or insight on the people who run into similar problems (and hopefully some solutions) would be greatly appreciated.

High CPU use/Slow Performance after you install the updates of Windows
I run Vista Business 32-bit.
After you install many Windows updates in the last few days, I've known very slow performance after the system worked for a while. Resource monitor shows 70-100% CPU usage, even when you run all the apps (that I know of). This makes everyhting grind to a halt, same trip that the mouse jerky movements. I ran several complete system with McAfee anti virus scans and not found problems (using the latest software). The detail showed the so-called ", PID4 NT kernel and system" using 18% avialable CPU capacity, but this process is not always shown to use much more capacity when the slow performance occurs. Nothing else don't use much capacity CPU, I see.
More recently, the capacity of the CPU became crazy, jumping from zero to 100% usage in a back a suite oscillation. When I shut down and restart, performance improves, but erodes little by little over time.
Is this a sign of a virus, or is it a problem with the recent Windows updates or some kind of conflict with my software such as McAfee? How do I tell me what to do? Anyone else have this problem with the recent Windows updates?

McAfee applications (and Norton) are known for not not upgrade (or uninstalling) itself.
1. download the McAfee Consumer Product Removal, save it to your desktop tool: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).
3. now run this triple McAfee fix: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507
NOTE: Step #2 McAfee fix run the removal tool, you have already downloaded in my step #1 above.
4 IMPORTANT! => After the reinstallation of the McAfee application (step #3 of the McAfee fix), manually & repeatedly updated the McAfee application, until you get a prompt "no update more".
5. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 & run the difficulty.
6. OPTIONAL: For good measure, pen also Internet Explore (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 & race that secure it in DEFAULT and modes and AGGRESSIVE. [1]
7 restart a last time & test.
