  When I left click on the back instead of the browser navigation back button, I go almost every time to get the list of previous browsing history or it will just doing nothing until I click on the new button. The history of combination of button "return" rather than a separate between the historical click of the buttons box is the problem. Combined with my arthritic fingers of aging that is. If I was as fast as I used to be I guess it wouldn't be a problem. I liked the separate history area. This action combination navigation / buttons story scenario is problematic. I'm fairly certain that if I find it quite disturbing to bring to your attention that there are others (old beards) in the same boat I am.

  For your camera that has built-in profiles, work of the message is different depending on whether corrections profile of lenses are enabled or not.

  Without activation to allow Corrections of profile, you will see a message that your device has built-in profiles which are applied automatically.  That's what you remember seeing before.

  With the activation to allow Corrections of profile, you see a message that it cannot find a profile, which is true since you ask LR to find an external profile, option for your goal, and it is not a.  This does not mean that integrated fixes are not applied, more, they are, it just means that there is that one place to have a message and LR can both say that the built-in corrections are applied and that it cannot find a non-built-in profile.

  You can set the "default settings" for each objective separately.

  For most of my lenses I 0 ' distortion' and 'Vignetting' 50 and change it only on images that seem to need it. That's just my preference, yours may differ. For my Canon 8-15mm I sometimes use distortion "control if I'm changing the 'fisheye look'. I generally use PS Adaptive Filter of wide angle and Fisheye-Hemi plugin for this purpose.

  Your budget is a bit low for a goal of large animals, but the Canon 70-200 F4 L could meet your other needs. It's a very good goal two IQ wise and AF spped is excellent. Another interesting research choice are the Tamron 70-300 VC or maybe the second version of the 18-270 VC. (I had the original version & it was a very good goal, but not a 'great' lens).

  I have a 55-minute film that I just finished editing in FCP X.  I want to export the movie in .mov format, so I can put it in idvd (for some reason any iDVD will not work with MPEG4).  The only way I can see for this is file sharing, master file.  The question I have is that when I do that, it creates a master file 64G. Same with the smaller settings (H.264), is still a film of 9.5 G - which is too big to fit on a DVD disc.  I would like to use iMovie to do this, but iMovie has no chapter markers I need to translate the menu DVD - the reason why I had to create the film at the FCC.  My question is: how to export this movie into a .mov file that is smaller and fits on a DVD?

  (I love the DVD creation menu which offers to iDVD - this is why I do not use the creator of DVD in FCP menu)

  The size of the master file is not relevant. iDVD will compress the media in order to comply with the DVD specification. The only factor is the length of the media, and 55 minutes should not be a problem.

  What kind of dirty? Hit by a splash of muddy water and you hunt elephants? Or a more down to Earth 'footprints on my front element' dirty? So late, you can use a little liquid and a wipe of lens for lens cleaning tissue. Blow gently in the dirt with a blower of squeeze and lightly sweep any 'chunks' tenacious with a fine brush for lenses, usually sold as a combination tool. Repeat as needed until you are lint or grease issues, then use the liquid and dry.
