Smartband of the privacy issue. safe to lend to friends/family?
Hi, I would like to know if I can lend my smartband safely to someone without having to worry that it will have access to my entire private life data stored in details.
I have a SWR10
Yes, just reset it and the person who lend you it to will not have any of your data.
But even if you don't change the SmartBand itself does not hold that data movement. He holds for example your position, what you listen to and so on. Which is stored in the account, not in the SmartBand and the phone.

I have several e-mail accounts, which is my original yahoo account that I used to almostt 2 years. (* E-mail address is removed from the privacy *) I did experiments to access this account with all my problems of very important Business inside. The problem is that this account always wonder an old security question, for which I don't have the right answer for access. If I ask too many times, I will be locked for 24 hours. I tried to link my account 'Facebook' for this particular Yahoo account, but my 'LENOVO' Lap Top computer with the Windows 7 operating system continues to send me an "Error Message". The Yahoo application question is - where I spend my honeymoon? It's not like I don't know where my wife and I where for our honeymoon wedding 8 years-although that every answer I entered appears to be incorrect. I don't remember what my specific Yahoo answer - that is looking for.
Please can someone help me with this issue tonight here in France?

I signed up for Windows live on Facebook. MY MISTAKE! How can I cancel it? I had my email account: * address email is removed from the privacy * for many years. NOW I CAN'T ACCESS IT. Now, he asks me my password which I do not remember. When I press the line (do not remember the password), he asks security question "what is the name of your favorite pet" that I have NEVER BEEN ASKED. Then he said: I'm wrong. WHEN YOU SAY YOU EMAIL, THE ANSWER WILL REMEMBER, I CAN'T ACCESS MY MSN ACCOUNT.
I want to just my old e-mail account back and none of the Windows Live JUNK!
I'm about to switch to Gmail.

I downloaded malware to microsoft. Later (Odile is one). My problem is: if I start the laptop (XPS M1210) normally, when I want to start "Odile" - "Microsoft tool emergency response" (which seems to be the solution), the "personal shield pro 2.2" attack the computer and prevents all extra work." If I do it in safe mode, somehow it doesn´t enter the networks, as a result, programs to clean the scan only partially. No solution. I also tried to use "MS support tool for emergency response. Other programs are Loaris... work partially in safe mode (without ilnternet) and well in its entirety, but stop as soon as the malware takes over.
I think, I need to have the computer is running in safe mode with networking, but how do the internet to work in safe mode? any other ideas?
sincerely
Manuel Paulet

The uninstall Guide will tell you how to remove this malware. The trick is to renam the .exe
the files as well as an example of mbam. EXE is renamed to something like malware.COM (the '.com'
extension is important).Delete Personal Shield Pro is a scam to get you to pay for it, while it has no advantage at all.

Windows XP hangs at the splash screen, safe mode does not work either
I've updated my laptop with a windows update and when I went to restart, it crashes just in the start screen. I tried in safe mode hanging at MUP. SYS and I tried the last known configuration. So far these options do not work. I tried Memtest, HDAT2, Ultimate Boot CD tests, chkdsk/p and chkdsk/r, Windows XP, CD recovery and rebuild, tried to start up with each opening of USB port and even tried formatting and installing Windows XP Pro SP2 and Windows XP Home Edition SP1. So far I have always in step 1, where nothing has solved nothing.
I noticed that there is a thread here where a person has had the same problem and he said that it has updated its BIOS. For hours, now I did research on how update my BIOS by creating a bootable disc... I'm thumbs on a mile it looks. Here is a link to the thread with the person who had the same problem. http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/XPRepair/thread/2b3f344c-F923-4D84-868d-c0be603e601b
I've been on the forums of Toms Hardware for more than a week with a little support, but so far, nothing has worked. http://www.TomsHardware.com/Forum/253683-45-wont-load-hangs-splash-screen#t916360
I could use any help we can on it. It would be deeply appreciated! My email is * address email is removed from the privacy *.
Well I tried to Win 7 on a bootable disc. I followed a bunch of instructions I found on youtube.com, but for some reason that I could not burn to disc. Kept getting an error even if I followed every perfect step.
In any case, I watched my CMOS on compensation, but the battery is soldered on. I just messed with it a little bit to see if it was lost or anything thing but I didn't rip out and one other solder on because I have never done this before. So I put everything back together, turned on my laptop and it finally starts up the Windows installation screen. FINALLY! Thanks for everyone's help and patience. I guess the battery has lost... but not quite sure. I left the laptop off for about 4-5 days before I tried to play with the CMOS this morning.
Daavee, thanks for your help on this. I learned all troubleshooting and making the ISO. Have a good Christmas!
