Smartband of the privacy issue. safe to lend to friends/family?

Hi, I would like to know if I can lend my smartband safely to someone without having to worry that it will have access to my entire private life data stored in details.

I have a SWR10

Yes, just reset it and the person who lend you it to will not have any of your data.
But even if you don't change the SmartBand itself does not hold that data movement. He holds for example your position, what you listen to and so on. Which is stored in the account, not in the SmartBand and the phone.
