Smartphones BB email blackBerry problem

I really hope that someone can help you. I had a BB Pearl and after a few months, my provider has ended up giving me a new curve because of other problems. I gave the Pearl to my fiance e and now we only he activated this evening. It is 3 weeks since I had the operational device.

Here's the problem: my BB email address is sent to both devices. BIS the correct information for both devices (PIN/ESN numbers) and the service book is more a my email info stored on the Pearl. The two machines had returned record and that's all I can think off the top of my head. I'm not fallen on any support thread where people have had this problem. I really hope someone has the answer, otherwise my cellular provider told me I have to change my BB email address.

Try this. Click personal email configuration icon, and then click e-mail addresses and make sure that you remove your address from there.

    Hey guys and girls, I got a curve today with tmobile. I went through the Setup Wizard and arrived to the configuration of email and ran into a problem. I hit "create or add personal email" make sure that it is then selected, hit, when I get to the next screen, it tells me that when I type then it will give me the shape and the region to put in place. I hit next, it puts me online, flashes a tmobile logo, then gives me an advertisement of suzuki and stop loading. I tried to do this on my laptop, I tried to do it on my blackberry through tmobile network, then tried it on a wifi network. no work. Help, please!

    It's strange... never saw an announcement from suzuki on the Tmobile website.

    Try this, your browser > Options > browser Configuration > uncheck JavaScript popups and save.

    Do you get this same announcement of Suzuki on your laptop?

  • Reception Smartphones Email blackBerry problems

    I have a blackberry Curve 8320.  Everything works fine on this phone since I got it in June.  Lately, when I turn it on in the morning, in order to get my emails I send directories of service and then, everything works fine.  I got no errors or problems before that.  Just, it was held for the first time Tuesday and arrived every morning since then.  Any solution would be greatly appreciated.

    (1) GO to OPTIONS/ADVANCED OPTIONS/HOUST ROUTING TABLES/menu key / REGISTER NOW.

    You will get a verification of registration email address that he will not go to your email account.

    I have my Blackberry curve 9300 for 7 months already and a couple of days, two of my apps just be removed by themselves - facebook and the Blackberry app world. I have tried to reinstalled them both many times but each time, an error occurred and installation is not finished. One of the messages that are displayed, says there is a problem with the Internet, which is not true. I browse different websites without any problems.

    I tried to install facebook even through their Web site, but market... it means only: an error has occurred, please try again later.

    I rebooted the device and tried again, but it did not work...

    Could someone help me?

    Hey everybody,

    I'm looking for by all positions with loading problems as my Curve 8900 finally begins act weird. When using the wall charger Blackberry, the LED flashes but the battery will never change. I got another charger that adapt and worked from a different manufacturer, but he began to do the same. In fact, when I tried last recharge, my curve began to refuse to start. I connected to my laptop and then it started to load and has been good during the past few days.

    Currently, I wonder something my wife told me that there is a limit to how many times you can load a blackberry using the USB port on the computer. I am also looking to buy a new charger too.

    Is there documentation on default Chargers? My curve is about 3 years old now.

    All answers and assistance is greatly appreciated.

    First of all, it's just a myth that you can recharge by USB with your laptop for a short time.

    Infact every day possible, I charge my BlackBerry via USB in my office to connect to my laptop.

    So not to worry.

    Secondly would recommend purchase kindly new Orginal of BlackBerry charger.

    I think you need exactly as says the message... contact your wireless service provider. You have switched to a new BB... they must also pass all your accounts 'back-end'... and this message, I would infer that they have yet to complete this task.

    Hi, im depserate for any advice that can help with this problem... I have a Blackberry 9000 and it was working fine for a month or two... One day, it restarts and my email accounts have disappeared from the home screen. I had set up and only 3 of seems now works now. It doesn't have its own icon, but messages appear in the messages section.

    If I go to the e-mail set up, need me is no longer on the page that he used which was page accounts to delete or change my email accounts. He directs me to a page with new users, which if I say I'm already registered, or a user existing, who, if I try to log in with one of my email accounts still say details are bad and need to check.

    When your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that minor problems with the BlackBerry.

    The email address that I use on my BB Curve 8330 is a gmail address.  Unfortunately, every time I send an email,'s my curve or my PC Gets a copy of the email to my Blackberry.  Is there a way that turns off?  She appears as a new message, there is no indication that this is a sent message or something of the sort.  I really useless a copy of every email that I send.  I just got the unit and can not understand.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones not receiving emails - intermittent problem

    Me my first phone Blackberry a couple of weeks and have had no problem if he put in place and work, including three (Yahoo, GMail & Pipex) POP e-mail accounts.

    However the last two days I have mixed results with the receipt of emails.

    One day this week, I was wondering why the battery was doing so well (!) and realized that I had not received the emails.  Soft reset and they started to come through and I got in the day then.

    Today, I turn on the phone and two emails are received immediately, but no more have been received despite 6 or 7 in my Yahoo Inbox.

    Data services is enabled and I have full 3G signal.  I really don't want to do a restart hot every day to enable messaging!  The advantage is that the battery is always 95% and its been over 4 hours!

    Your help would be appreciated...

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

    2. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart

    If still nothing...
    3. return your books to your BIS service provider site.
