  • Problems of Smartphones blackBerry 8310 curve and media card

OK here is what I am working at the moment: BB Curve 8310, PNY 2 GB MicroSD, 4.7 to the BB Desktop software and 4.5.0.110 to BB device software. I have Auto enable Mass Storage set to OFF.

Here's the problem: yesterday I was transferring a bunch of files on my phone before going to work. The process takes more time than I expected so I click Cancel to stop the transfer. Kept, always transfer. Click on Cancel twice more, never stopped. So I unplugged the USB to the phone, went to work. At work, I check my phone, and it froze. Can't do anything. I take the battery on a couple of times, the phone will come back on, working for about one minute, then freeze. Now when I do that, it's frozen once it comes back on. Even trying to get into the desktop software, it freezes when you try to load Roxio media manager.

I took the media card, and the phone works very well. I even transferred the data on my laptop so I wouldn't lose it and reformatted the SD EEG. the same results above. Everything is up-to-date. I wonder if it's just a problem of press card or a phone number. If I buy a new media card, everything would be fine, or will I get the same results?

    Please help me.

I have the same problem.  I have actually became a new BB and had successfully moved the chip (even) of the old on the new 8310 8300 and looked to see that my music was still on it and accessible.  Then, I installed the BB desktop software and moved some pictures on the chip.  Then I stop office and disconnected the BB.  Then, I noticed that the BB has been frozen.  I'm not sure what the connection is between the chip and the office, but I think that if I remove the pictures from the camera, I might be able to work again.  I'll also have to check the setting of the card of support on the BB.

If someone has already solved this problem would be great.  I was happy to have the work all.

  • Smartphones blackBerry with curve 9320 problem: I need to disconnect and reconnect to receive mails and browse

    Hello

I have the following problem with my BB Curve 9320: several times per day email stop and I can't use the Internet (while telephone calls normally).

Whenever this happens I have to disconnect and reconnect to the network. As soon as I reconnect to the network again starts the flow of electronic mail and Internet is available.

I contacted my mobile operator (wind, Italy) and told me that it is not for lack of wind, but a technical problem of the phone.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi all... I have a problem with this phone...

Please do not use foul language.

Operating system device provided are "released" by specific carriers once that they are certified and trained to their support technicians, but still, you are able to load any carrier the same model by following the instructions below. Apparently '3' is not from the same upgrade as O2.

See the link below to download and follow the simple installation instructions to install 6.0.0.668 in your 9300 OS.

Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

    1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

    https://swdownloads.BlackBerry.com/downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=D840CC5D906C3E9C84374C8919D2...

    2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
    3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

Note: Some users may be concerned they will void their warranty of device by loading an OS from another carrier. There is really nothing to fear. Please read more information about it here: http://www.port3101.org/power-users/296-blackberry-os-upgrade-including-betas-myths-dispelled.html

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry 8310 problems

All of a sudden after almost 2 years I have problems with my 8310.  The battery shows a full charge (and it should be, as it has been on the charger).  I can be on a call.  Begin to hear a hum.  Phone goes dead.  I do a hard reboot (removing the battery and replacing).  The phone turns on IFFFF I plug.  It's all good as long as it is plugged.  I took it to my ATT Office.  They show (like me) the battery is, or has a large load on it.  What is the problem.  This started only after being on the blackberry 4.50 version.  I am also on this phone for not only personal, but commercial.  I use it for ATT Navigation, e-mails on the blackberry enterprise server server and also calls personal and personal emails.  I'm on the road, 60% of the time that's why I bought the Blackberry in the first place.  These problems have taken place for over 2 weeks now and I can't find an answer.  Please help, or I'll have to find something else that product blackberry to meet these needs.

I exchanged batteries with my husband for a week and had no more problems with my blackberry 8310.  His phone stops today during our conversation.  In the meantime, I ordered both of us, the new batteries.  Even if they are also completely responsible, there was still a problem with it.  Thanks for the support everyone.  Those of you who have had the same problems, try a new battery.  Who works for the moment, and as I said, it's been a week.

  • BlackBerry 8310 curve + trackball replacement Smartphones ring / how to place the pins of the ring?

    Hi all

I have a curve 8310 and it's maybe a very stupid question to many of you :-)

Can someone pl tell me in directions whitch I need to hold the pins of the ring before pushing on the trackball?

Thx a lot for the help!

    Kim

For the round bezel trackball, there are pine trees on three sides and none on one side. This side without pins is the upper part of the ring that is inserted with this side non-goupille to the top of the BlackBerry.

  • Curve of Black Berry of Smartphones blackBerry 8310 has stopped working

My BB Curve 8310 to hone suddenly stopped working. I go out the battery but nothing happens. I don't know what is wrong with it and what to do. Help, please!

To be honest, it sounds as if his soul record. What you describe looks like to water damage but difficult to know with certainty. In the battery compartment is a small sticker square on square of 1/8th of an inch. It should be white. If its red, it means the device has been exposed to moisture.

My guess is its time for a new BB. The 8310 is older still.

You continue to misinterpret the contractual agreement for the support that YOU are bound to. You should contact your mobile service provider who can escalate your case RIM, how the ability to submit the report could well exist.

All this debate aside courses... 9 times out of 10 if people just try some things in my first response, it solves their problems... normally a clean OS Reload did the trick as a "worst case"... that or update the operating system to something more current.

  • Problems of Smartphones blackBerry 8310 on pc-linking either using usb or bluetooth

No matter what I try, I can't connect my blackberry curve 8310 (ATT) to my pc Windows XP sp3...    I tried to use the software provided by att, power off phone, back and the only thing that happens, is that the phone continues to Flash in that it connects, but never connects.  So then I go to the blackberry website and download the latest version of the software and the latest usb drivers.   No change.  Phone just keeps blinking (do not use a usb hub).  I tried many usb ports on my pc.

Okay, so now I'm tired of trying this, and I try to use my IOGEAR Bluetooth adapter.  After fighting for an hour, I get the bluetooth finally appears on my iogear software, but it requires a password to connect the phone to the pc (the phone is asking password)...

    Does really make it hard...

I searched and read many posts here, but none appeared to be suitable for my problem...

Very well.  I finally got all working...  After searching for days, I found that my IOGEAR bluetooth installed its own driver WIDCOMM bluetooth.  I uninstalled the bluetooth adapter and used, then reinstalled, using the adapter for windows xp.  Now, everything works, including the USB key.  Just how a Bluetooth player can affect a usb device, I don't understand, but that's exactly what my problems were.  Now, everything works fine, including my phone that allows me to set up my sd card correctly.

    Hi, welcome to the forums

You can use the Blackberry Desktop Software to upgrade your phone:

    1. Download ( here ) and install it.
    2. Connect your BlackBerry smartphone to your computer (Desktop software should start automatically if it has not already done), follow the on-screen instructions.
    3. It will then automatically check for updates that are available for your phone, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Smartphones blackBerry 8900 curve

    Hello

I plan to buy a Smartphone. Still undecided between a Blackberry Curve 8900 and a Nokia E71X. I have a few questions:

    1. Not to mention that voice dialing, can I use my voice to other duties (provide GPS voice instructions to find an address, etc..)?
    2. When you use the desktop application, in addition to using the USB connection, I can connect the 8900 using Bluetooth or WiFi, for synchronization?
    3. The 8900 can be attached (using it as a wireless modem to connect my laptop to the Internet)?
    4. The home screen can be customized (can change icons, shortcuts, the list of applications, etc.)?
    5. The screen can change between Portrait and landscape?
    6. The GPS is a complete recommended standalone GPS, or it relies on wireless service (for example, ATT charges $10/month for the GPS service, called A - GPS)? What I mean is that I have to pay for this service, or can GPS works without him?
    7. What is the warranty for the 8900?
    8. Is the 3 8900?
    1. I'm not aware of the use of the voice to give GPS instructions. You can use voice dialing, which is where you can talk to the someone name in the address book and BlackBerry will call this number
    2. You can connect via Bluetooth and USb cable
    3. Yes. Although with some companies you need monthly extra payan to attach
      http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/KB05196
    4. You can change the theme or download themes of the device to change the appearance of the icon. You can hide the icons that you don't want anymore.
    5. In my view, that this feature is available on the storm.
    6. You do not have to pay for the GPS. If you get a BlackBerry data plan then it comes with data unlimited, so you do not download charged to use the data. There are a few good GPS programs that offer turn-by-turn directions

    7. I believe it is a guarantee of 1 year, with a 30 days money back guarantee if you buy from your carrier

    8. I think that the device only connects to the EDGE network, not 3 G
