  I'll try to keep this short, sweet and simple. I have a new curve 8350i and set up a blackberry to this topic e-mail account: [email protected]. I use this mail to redirect emails from Outlook work. So far, it has worked great, but I would like to be able to log-in to the email account and change the 'Reply-To' so when I e-mail people back to the blackberry e-mail, they will automatically respond to my work instead of a blackberry email address.

  Anyway, I can't figure out how to log-in and make this change. I used a couple of sprint.blackberry including different URLs. com. It does not work.

  The following steps will help you set up synchronization-

  1. Connect your device using the Desktop Manager and click sync
  2. In the left menu click synchronization under Configuration
  3. Yet once, click button synchronization on the right which will give you option to Select a device Application you want to synchronize
  4. Put the check mark and you will get a prompt to Select a Desktop Application
  5. Highlight the name of the application, and then click the next button
  6. Under The synchronization Option you get Direction of synchronization
  7. Check the radio button with two way sync

  Note: above mentioned steps are explained according to the Desltop Manager 4.5

  Example: Synchronize the address book-

  Connect HH with your in your PC Desktop Manager. If your device is set to wireless synchronization, you must turn off wireless sync. To do this, go to the address book -> click on Menu -> Options -> wireless sync: No. -> click on Menu , Save the changes.

  Click the button synchronize on Desktop Manager-> click on the Configuration tab, then click on set the synchronization of -> click on Choose under address book (on the right side of the pop-up window)-> click apps organizer (like MS outlook, Lotus notes, etc.) -> Select desired apps -> select the option button to sync , and then click OK twice to return to Synchronize tab -> click on Synchronize Now.

When I back up my camera to the PC, it says done, but when I look in the PC later, the backup is in gibberish, and no matter what I try, it will not appear in clear text, I checked the phone, and it does not send the encrypted data.   The backup file (IPD or BBB, depending on the version of your office software) is a proprietary format, not not intended what whatsoever other than to be used as a source of a subsequent restoration. In native mode, it is not supposed to be read by anything other than the RIM desktop software. There are 3rd party there applications that people have written to analyze and display, but you should get one of these to do this. I heard good things about MagicBerry.
