  Hi and welcome to the forums,

  I would try a battery first pull, it is a common solution for a large number of questions.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated. Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

  I just fix it last 4 days ago. I used until my less than 10% battery and remove the device. I used a clean towel and dry to clean the battery and the battery compartment, then I leave half of the day.

  After that I recharged to 100%, and the problem disappeared!

  Don't know why it happened, but at least my battery works now as normally done.

I support my contact list on my memory card before I move to my new camera, all are saved? If so, once I have restore backup of BBM on the new device, all my contacts will receive a notice to add? I really hope someone can help me. Ive been listening to people for their pins and I do not wish to disturb once again the week next to their secret codes.

  In addition, question #2, is BBM in the world? Then will I pay if I left my current country to visit another and continue to use BBM?

  So answering your first question.

  If you save either your phone through desktop software or go to BBM and click on backup and save it to your media card and then you get your new device, it will be restored on the new device.

  Second question. Yes BBM is all over the world, but it uses the data from the carriers, so if you are traveling to other contrys being aware that you use roaming data which costs very expensive, unless you change your plan when you travel.

  Hi, I got a new BB and transferred all my info from my 8320 I give you my son.  Problem is that I can't seem to delete e-mail accounts, that I was transferred.  I don't want to do a general cleaning some of the information on the phone is already useful for the new owner.  I've hidden icons for now but I want to just delete them.  When I go to the configuration of email, I do not see the e-mails and all I get is an option for the new installation accounts.

  Gotcha.  Call your carrier and ask them to remove your e-mail accounts in the unit.  They can use the FIS to you.

• HELP Please! Scene change does not

  Hello. I'm new and trying to set up a multiple stage flash document.
  Right now I have 2 scenes.
  My stop(); action seems to work at the end of scene 1, but I have a button which, when released, is supposed to take users to scene 2. I used the script copied right out of the help file (after the change of name of the button to match my friends, of course).
  
  Problem: the button does not load stage 2; then if you click on it again, Scene 1 loop on new! What gives?

  Please follow the instructions here exaclty.

  On your BlackBerry, go to Options (sometimes called tools or settings). From there, plesae, select 'About' from the menu.

  'About' will be the first item in the list.

  But no matter, since the 8900 OS 4.6.1.xxx a, you are well - as noted above, set your profile silent or vibrate and your DTMF tones when the composition will be silent.

  Also, make sure that your device you have the correct setting: Options > screen/keyboard > tone = OFF.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Urgent help please, I think that I broke completely.

  So I plugged my computer and has been in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager thing and I was updating the software of the phone, but in 9 of the 11.   Yes, you should have allowed him to complete, and then you can go back and add BBMessenger to the device.
