  So I plugged my computer and has been in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager thing and I was updating the software of the phone, but in 9 of the 11.   You don't need to refer to the object jQuery if all you want to do is stop the timeline.  You can simply do:

  sym.getSymbol("stan").stop ();

  OR

  var stantostop = sym.getSymbol ("stan");

  stantostop. Stop();

  I waited until my validity has timed out and then saved with the new number.

  So, moral of the story: you cannot save BIS on a new SIM card if you are already registered to BIS on your old SIM.
