  If you are unable to remove those within your device, then you can also do this using the Desktop software, you can download recent Desktop by BlackBerry desktop software software.

  After the installation, connect your device and launch the Desktop software, select Applications. > in the section language and Input Support > select the language that you want to remove your phone smart BlackBerry, an x appears next to the language to remove or delete > then click apply.

  In this way, you can also remove applications from your device. BUT Please note doing so make sure that your PC is connected to an active Internet before you run the Desktop software.

  Now, a month later, I got my blackberry back. The woman at Sasktel backed up the loan and restored it on my Berry. My bbm contacts, everything has been restored correctly.

  But I get no emails. Both my accounts are set up and all my previous emails are there until she me back on since the article ready to mine. How can I fix it? What I have to go to Sasktel and ask them to do?

  try to install new OS le.83.

  1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.
  2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
  3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

  The process takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the amount of data you need to back up and restore during the process. Once he did load the new OS, it will reboot (it may do it twice during the entire process.) You will see a white screen with a hourglass up to 20 minutes at a time while the DM says "waiting for initialization."
  If, for any reason, you end up with a white screen with small icons and the number 507, simply reconnect to the PC and run Loader.exe again and it should load the operating system on the device.

  First of all, thank you in advance for all those involved to help me.  Secondly, I am a newbie to BB, the past two weeks and I really can't believe I it worked for a long time without one, simply amazing!  Here's my email problem that I knew from the beginning: I have two email accounts on my curve, one is my home email, the other is my work email.  The account that I have problems with is my work email account, I use Microsoft Outlook, and I get not always my email on my curve.  We don't have a BB Enterprise server, so I have to manually connect to the synchronization.  The other day, while in my office work and my BB on my desk, I was told on my computer that I have new email, email never appeared on my BB.  Today, while driving to a job, I sent my BB using my work email account, when I got back to my office on my work computer, I noticed that the recipient has responded, but he went only to my computer, not my BB.  Am I missing something or do something misconfigured?  Thanks again for any help.

  - so I understand that you only receive their mail on BB if Outlook stops (you might be receving messages on BBthough)

  I'm new so please excuse me if I mess up.

  I bought a BB Tour 9630 and I followed the instructions for the media card to store my photos and were unable to get there.

  Also, I don't see all of the files when I go in the blackberry tour file on my PC. Just an empty folder which is what also shows the MicroSD card.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  You just bought a new Bold 9700.  I ran all of possible update.  BlackBerry Maps IS loaded (v5.0.0).  The operating system is the most recent.  I see BlackBerry Maps in applications of the add-on, but there is no icon to start the application.  The seller is completely useless when it comes to helping solve the problem.  The GPS seems to work and provides the correct location data, but I can't find a way to start the BlackBerry Maps application.  What gives?
