  Your Facebook update, you can go to Facebook and go to Options, then scroll to Check For Updates. and for the question of the App World, please restart the phone by removing and placing the rear battery while the device is activated. This process has fixed application inside modules without losing any stored data. Let us know if you still experience the issue after that.

  Hello, I am a new user of BB and I'm having a problem with my storm.  I use media sync to sync my iTunes and it worked very well but for a few days when I synced my media player show 0 songs 0 artists 0albums and so forth, but I have all my playlists and a play titled music list that contains all my music.  someone knows how to fix this?

  I had the same thing happen once. Disable the BB and remove the battery. In addition, carefully remove the card media for a minute. Put everything in place and turn on. Once the device resets itself, open the media player and it should start the scan for music and recharge all your songs.

  I bought an App in Blackberry AppWorld call Quicklaunch. I was able to install the application on my device, but it says that I need an activation code. I went back and read all correspondence related to this, and it seems that I never received.   When powered on press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, this resets the phone.

  You can also remove the battery for a minute, if the above does not work.

  This does not sound like a network problem, to have that full signal does not mean that you will be able to connect if the network traffic is high or you are being faced with a different tower. Call your provider if the problem persists.

You see, I threw the phone on the floor the other day and showed a white screen, sometimes fainting in the normal display and sometimes what is the colorful stripes. spend 2 days and then my screen was just full of stripes of color, no white screen at all. I did some research and found that the concealment of the screen and reconnect the Ribbon of the screen might work. I did and he just came back to the white screen, no more color just scratches the white screen again. I watched tape of connection and its not teared, so don't know what else to do to fix. There was this other thing that coulded works but does not, and it was just the lock screen and pressing on the lower right of the screen by pressing the button 'p '. which didn't work either so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

  I had a BlackBerry "BOLD" (never locked) as a gift during a stay in the UNITED Arab Emirates. I recorded for their services and set up my email by phone account (prohibits the company, its never locked).

  I came back to the Canada and subscribed to the services of BB with my ISP (Rogers). I had deleted the email from my phone and added it but now I seem to get duplicates of all my messages from my Gmail account!

  Based on what I've read online, apparently my PIN needs to be released or something, but how to fix this? I hate having to receive 2 emails all the time, it's boring.

  Help, please. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

  EDIT: I would like to add that even when I delete my email through setting up account, I still receive emails on my Blackberry (and a single email). It seems that it is interconnected with my blackberry. How can I get rid of this?

  I have had my Blackberry for about a month and a half.  For the first weeks, the browser worked fine and everything was great.  But now, the browser does not work.  My email, twitter, facebook, etc. all are still working fine, but can not access anything through the browser.  Does anyone know why this might be?  I know that I have to take it to the company store, but I live in a Spanish speaking country and don't speak much Spanish.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

  (1) registry HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then please provide delicate symptoms of what's going on... "does not" isn't really we give good to go. Is there an error message any?

  You really need get in Mode safe mode again so that you can reload your operating system. You would have gotten lucky that first time with the right timing on the keystrokes... Keep train... I remember it taking a lot try until I'm a model to go properly in Mode without failure.

  I plugged the headset to my phone while I was on the plane yesterday.  Today, every time I try to make a call, I see that the phone has failed in this setting, so I don't hear anything, even if my headphones are no longer connected to the phone.  I have to press the menu button and then activate the handset.  I tried for a while to fix, but I gave up.  Can someone tell me please how to fix this?  Thank you!
