  Welcome to the community

  Your Facebook update, you can go to Facebook and go to Options, then scroll to Check For Updates. and for the question of the App World, please restart the phone by removing and placing the rear battery while the device is activated. This process has fixed application inside modules without losing any stored data. Let us know if you still experience the issue after that.

  I had the same thing happen once. Disable the BB and remove the battery. In addition, carefully remove the card media for a minute. Put everything in place and turn on. Once the device resets itself, open the media player and it should start the scan for music and recharge all your songs.

  Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.

  My Office Manager freezes to the "schedule of treatment device", so I can't sync my calendar!  It synchronizes everything up to the calendar.  This just started happening a week ago, and I was successfully sync my blackberry since I got it more than a month.  I tried to delete the Desktop Manager and install the most recent version, but the problem is still there.  I am running windows vista and synchronize with Outlook.  Please help, it's really do my job!

  There are other threads in this forum about the same issue - Manager of office stops working during synchronization with the calendar.  I tried the following and it works:-

  1 backup/restore screen and in the Advance Option - delete all calendar of the device information.

  2. try to remove the "intelisync" folder in the users / "username" / Appdata/Roaming/Research in Motion / Blackberry/Intellisync...

I went back and read all correspondence related to this, and it seems that I never received.   I bought a Z10 a month ago. Updated as soon as the 10.2 was officially available and it worked perfectly. Tonight, however, I was on a call and suddenly the audio went. I tried to disconnect the call but it was not disconnect despite several attempts until I gave up and you press the power button to restart. Since I restarted, I can't make or receive calls. I'm trying to dial a number every time it shows immediately call ends. Also, I can not receive calls. I have the complete network and can do everything including surfing the web, sent text messages and BBM. What seems to be the problem? Please help because it's a little urgent

  When powered on press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, this resets the phone.

  You can also remove the battery for a minute, if the above does not work.

  This does not sound like a network problem, to have that full signal does not mean that you will be able to connect if the network traffic is high or you are being faced with a different tower. Call your provider if the problem persists.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

  (1) registry HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then please provide delicate symptoms of what's going on... "does not" isn't really we give good to go. Is there an error message any?

After searching a bit I found "common files" apploader folder might help so I took the opportunity to remove the other app, still does not work in the end, I use apploader /resettofactory to reset the device, it shows a white screen with a bar saying wiping files. After reaching 100% and restart my phone still in restart loop. What should I do now?

  You really need get in Mode safe mode again so that you can reload your operating system. You would have gotten lucky that first time with the right timing on the keystrokes... Keep train... I remember it taking a lot try until I'm a model to go properly in Mode without failure.

  I thought I found how to solve this problem, but I do not think!

  I had a BlackBerry "BOLD" (never locked) as a gift during a stay in the UNITED Arab Emirates. I recorded for their services and set up my email by phone account (prohibits the company, its never locked).

  I came back to the Canada and subscribed to the services of BB with my ISP (Rogers). I had deleted the email from my phone and added it but now I seem to get duplicates of all my messages from my Gmail account!

  Based on what I've read online, apparently my PIN needs to be released or something, but how to fix this? I hate having to receive 2 emails all the time, it's boring.

  Help, please. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

  EDIT: I would like to add that even when I delete my email through setting up account, I still receive emails on my Blackberry (and a single email). It seems that it is interconnected with my blackberry. How can I get rid of this?
