  My 9320 does not recognize my BBID. I tried the password reset, what does not work. I'm now up to 9 attempts, and the next attempt will lock me up. Any ideas what I can do. I can't seem to find what to do on the blackberry site, all the tips keep telling me to change my password working isn' there. I get the error message "enter the username associated with this smart phone. How can I find out what my correct username with my phone?

  From the manual...

  To disable the connection to the wireless network, so that your device does not benefit from calls or messages when bedside clock mode, change the field off the Radio to Yes.

  It means so disable the data without wire/phone to GPRS connection / 3G etc.  It probably includes WiFi and Bluetooth too.

  Hey all,.

  Today, I can't call a phone number that I use every day.  It doesn't ring when I dial the number, I get this annoyed ding-ding-ding! tone and an error message on my phone saying "Radio path unavailable".  I use AT & T and the network in Houston Texas and I can't call the local number.  However, I can call other numbers of fixed and mobile phone local calls (even from the number I can not connect to).  In past messages, people say there is a problem with Blackberry and their tricks, so I call them to report this and get a response when it will be fixed... any other advice is appreciated, thanks.

  PS. I rebooted my phone with battery and removing the SIM card and it solves nothing.

  I spent hours on the phone trying to solve this problem.  All first with AT & T and the Blackberry (1-877-255-2377 in the case that you can do better).  None were able to tell me what was the cause of the problem or fix.  I discover that other AT & T phones other than Blackberry users WERE able to call and connect to the number I can't... not only that, but one another Blackberry user on the AT & T network could not dial the number either! BlackBerry wanted to transfer me to AT & T and I asked the rep Blackberry to guide me through the update of software which I spent 15 minutes listening in silence and I am frustrated because the Blackberry updates are not automatic like the Verizon Droid, you will need to plug into a PC via USB - lame.  I gave up at this point and decided to switch my phone to something, anything!, other than a Blackberry and get this.   During these telephone conversations I repeatedly the number dialed and received the error message "Path unavailable Radio" - and I was on the phone with AT & T and the Blackberry in the fixed network - after ALL this I tried calling the number once more and guess what... IT WORKED AGAIN! Thanks for nothing - I knew it was the freaking early towers - BLACKBERRY is the worst cell phone in existence. -Well bored

  PS thanks to God I have VERIZON and a DROID... it was for my mother's phone, she couldn't call my grandmother fixed...

  Bought the BB world, paid for it. Payment confirmed, but 3 days later were still "Please wait" showing. No download/installation. Can't stop the attempt to delete ot. Have restarted and pulled no dough for reboot... no change. What should I do to get the installed application or stop it? Any ideas? Thank you, Scott

  Thank you. I did the alt + RST. Nothing happened. The BB app world has not closed. I tried several times... Please wait appeared on the screen of the App world. In frustration, I removed the battery and when it restarts, everything was fine. I did a reinstall of the Radio for BB and it worked. Thank you... to quite as expected, but it worked... AND... no other Apps seem to have been disrupted.

  I know this may sound a little silly, but I can't turn on my Wi - fi. Whenever I have try and allow it, she said "Unable to switch on a Wi - fi" and "Wi - fi radio is off", no matter what I do, I can not turn it back on.

  It worked, I went on when I first got the phone and connected to a hotel wi-fi network.

  Have I accidentally turned off something?

  I'm happy to hear that you have a working phone again and it saddens me that they can charge you 15% for labour.  I've never heard of this on a new phone, but such is life, I suppose.

  Try Moodio.fm, which I think allows you to program your own mode.

  I have a storm and was in an area that had no service then I turned off the phone so it would not wear down. When I walked into an area with service I turned the phone back on but it says the radio is off and I can't seem to make it back. I went into manage connections and tried to turn on the connections but had no luck. can anyone help

  Whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I'm with T-mobile with a Blackberry 9700 v5.0.0.330 (Platform 5.1.0.91)

  I have trouble to synchronize my device on my computer.

  I am running Vista 32 bit on a Dell Inspiron 1525.

  I downloaded Desktop Manager 5.0.1 B49 MultiLanguage - without Media Manager successfully and downloaded the latest version (I have seen elsewhere that this version is suggested for the bold 9700).

  My computer recognizes the device, but found new hardware prompt as a Composite of RIM device, but in the Office Manager that he says that there is no device not connected.

  I also turned on the media card support campaign mode and mass.

  I can't find the driver appropriate through the Device Manager either.

  I did a couple pulled battery and re-attempts to connect different usb ports. \

  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

  My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these.

  Its been a while since I updated my blackberry torch from 7.0 to 7.1 and after the update, everything seems to work fine except the AppWorld. Whenever I try to open Appworld it says it needs a Blackberry, I would update and then the error message "Blackberry I have failed to install. Please try again later (80002) plus". It will not update via WiFi or after several reboots.
