Today, I received my new sw2 smartwatch. I followed the instructions, downloaded connected. Software SmartWatch SW2 of Playstore, final result, nothing works. My screen has shown first symbol playstore mobile as it send information, later he stopped and showed watch symbol sending information on mobile. I have also already tried if willing support of new software with updates, get the message that I have the latest version of the software if I plug in the USB connector and press shortly on the button at the same time. How to reset the watch because I don't have the possibility of NFC? I bought my watch to the United Kingdom.

    SmartWatch SW2 connects and works!

I turned on bluetooth turned off the phone, off the watch, switched bluetooth on your phone, after that I turned on the watch (watch new symbols watch and phone with stripes running between them), that I left bluetooth on the research of the watch phone and connected. Now the watch showed playstore symbol and line to put telephone connected to the phone: I downloaded now connected on the phone of Playstore. After that I downloaded Smartwatch SW 2 even once on the phone (first removed). Now I typed in the startscreen and the connected symbol, I chose the + to add the smartwatch. It does not directly, I disconnected in bluetooth on the phone the smartwatch once again, once I plugged directly again and I could see it in Connected. After that the watchscreen changed in a large line as it was downloading and now it works. I'm happy I've managed, I can imagine if you use NFC to connect it with your Xperia, phone life would be easier on my phone, they forgot this useful function...

  • SW2 guard connection / disconnection

I just bought sw2 and its Dungeon, connection / disconnection every 15 seconds

I tried on 2 phones, the same problem happened

    any solution

    Please

Well, since it's disconnects every 15 seconds, is there any power save mode or similar in these models? If so, you can try to remove it. Otherwise, you can try another brand to see if you encounter the same behavior.

You can also try to reset your SmartWatch 2, click the following link:

But if the same thing happens, I suggest you contact the nearest service center if a technician can examine your SmartWatch 2. You can contact your local support team for more information on the nearest Center of service or how to proceed with it in the best possible way:

If it's important, I'm in iOS beta and race 10.1

    Hey pontais,

Thanks for you using Apple support communities. I can see from your post that you are having problems with a Wi - Fi disconnection when your iPhone 6 is not in use while running iOS 10 beta. The public version of iOS 10 was released with the latest version being 10.0.2. To isolate and help solve this problem, we want to go forward and you updated to the release version with the procedure described in this link below:

    Any software beta iOS

Download the final version of iOS

If you have a beta version of iOS and you want to download the final version, follow these steps:

    1. Connect your device to iTunes.
    2. When your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold buttons sleep/wake and Home at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep now until you see the Recovery Mode screen.
    3. When asked, choose updates to download and install the latest version of iOS nonbeta.
An update installation does not affect your settings or content.

Once you have downloaded the final version, monitor your Wi - Fi again and let us know if you experience the same problem.

    See you soon.

  • Watch frequently is disconnected

Since the upgrade to iOS 10 (iPhone 6) and watch OS 3 (first generation shows) my watch is constantly becoming disconnected from the phone. This is a quick fix (I just turn off and turn on the Bluetooth on the phone and it is fixed). But it's boring. I go through it a dozen times a day. And it never happened for the whole year I had the watch until I upgraded. Patches? Thoughts? Suggestions? I have not matched the watch and re-paired, but it is still frequently disconnect.

    Hi there, dturkelson!

Thank you for reaching out by Apple Support communities. From your post, I understand that since the update to iOS 10 on your iPhone 6 and watch OS 3 on your Apple Watch, you had some difficulties to keep connected. I know how it is important for the two devices to work together and want to make sure they stay connected!

I see that you have tried to disable the pairing and repair the iPhone and Apple Watch, but the problem persists. It was a big step to try! Since it did not help, I have a few other things I can say to you.

First, if you haven't already done so, restart the iPhone matched following the steps described here: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

After rebooting the iPhone, test how well your Apple Watch remains connected.

If you're still having problems with connectivity, désapparier your Apple Watch from your iPhone by following the steps detailed here: pairing your Apple Watch and iPhone

Reset the network settings on your iPhone under settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will remove not your personal information (contacts, photos, calendar of events, etc.), but it will remove networks WiFi recorded and passwords, as well as all the APN or previously used VPN settings and Bluetooth devices connected.

After the reset, pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone again and test the connectivity.

Finally, if the iPhone and Apple Watch still have difficulty to stay connected, back up your iPhone and then restore it to the factory settings. Instructions to save can be found here: How to back up your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

And instructions to restore can be found here: using iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to factory settings

Once the restore is complete, set up your iPhone as a new device (i.e. without using your backup, at least temporarily). You can connect to iCloud iMessage, FaceTime and iTunes and the App Store. Pair your Apple Watch, then test connectivity. If everything works as expected, go ahead and restore your backup following the steps are: restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

    Have a great day!

  • My internet keeps disconnecting but easily reconnects when I go in the diagnoses

For the past few weeks, I had a problem with my internet on my macbook pro (retina, 13 inches, end of 2013 and it runs El Capitan 10.11.5).) My internet is Time Warner Cable and my router is a motorola, arris (I don't have an airport)

Basically, my internet spontaneously does not work anymore (but is not completely disconnect from the network). I have to go to network preferences and then run diagnostics to reconnect, but still, it reconnects immediately after I run diagnostic tests and press 'always allow' keychain. Everything in the list network state is usually green except for the Internet and the server, who say failed and are red in color. ISP or settings network is sometimes as red.

It really happens randomly - sometimes all ten or fifteen minutes and sometimes every two hours.

I never have this issue when I use internet in my school and it happens at home, however, I don't think it's a problem with my internet service provider because my computer is the only device in my apartment which has faced this problem (my roommate also has a macbook pro and we all two iphones)

I rebooted my computer, reset the router a few times, talked to apple support, and nothing has helped.

I have a wireless diagnostic report when it happened last week I saved and can send if it would help (but I do not know how to reach it...)

    Thank you!

  • iPad and iPhone 6 disconnection from the Wifi after IOS 10 improvement

A problem with maintaining connectivity to my home wifi network, I noticed on my iPad and my iPhone 6.  I'll do an alert on the iPad (which is Wifi only, not LTE) that it cannot detect the Internet. He sees my router but says 'no Internet connection '.  Same thing is happening with the iPhone 6, which translates by he's going to LTE and eat in my data plan.  In both cases, I have to re - start devices and reconnect to my wifi network.  I'm having no problems with non - IOS devices (Samsung Nook, a Roku player and a Smart TV) with my wifi network at home - two Apple devices I am owner of running IOS 10.  Is there a problem with the maintenance of wifi connections?

    Hello rm2static,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It is my understanding that your iPad and iPhone 6 have been disconnect from your home network after updating to iOS 10. I can surely see how it would be about, so much more than other devices are connect well. I'm happy to help you to get this resolved with you.

First of all, I recommend you to reset the network settings. Tap Settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This operation brings back all the network settings to the default settings, including the Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell settings, VPN, and APN.

If the problem persists, try with another Wi - Fi network. Additionally, make sure that your Wi - Fi router has been updated with the latest firmware.

  • Lighting control and microphone headset disconnects on iPhone 7 more

    Here's my question:

I use headphones a lot. While driving, my desk at work etc.

I have an iPhone 7plus and have lightning of headset connected, is I let them cool for a long period of time, I can hear this sound as a click. Once this click occurs, mic/line controls stop working, but I can still hear notifications and music.

I can restore the connection just unplug the headphones and plug their folder in. My fear is that this is some kind of energy saving function, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    I'm having the same problem.

After sitting idle for a few minutes there is a pop sound and then controls no longer work until the headphones are disconnected and re connected.

This problem also affects the mic which means that if you get a phone call and try to answer through the helmet, the person at the other end will be unable to hear you.

I'm afraid unplug and re - connect the headphones will cause unnecessary wear on the port of lightning and the helmet.

Hope that soon, there is a fix for this problem.
