• Moto Connect displays is not the names of all contacts

  Just tried to use Connect bike for the second time since I got on the phone and I'm having the same problem I had before - in the window on my computer, as some of my conversations show the name of the contact, the rest only phone numbers. I have no idea who these people without names. A strange thing is that, when a text comes in, the popup displays the name of the contact, but once I got close and return to the main window, only phone numbers show. There are maybe 5 people out there that actually have a name.

  Any ideas how to solve this problem?

  I already reported this problem.

  The problem occurs (at least with me) when a text is a caller ID when the number begins with the prefix of the country - (+ 1), or without a prefix, if it is present in the directory.

  If you change the contact number in your phone to get started with a TI + 1 should solve this problem, but that can lead to problems of composition as well.

  Bottom line, MotoConnect seems to be looking for an exact number match, so even if the phone is "smart" enough to know that + 1-888-555-1212 is identical to 888-555-1212, within MotoConnect name is not resolved.

• Firefox not displaying only not the formatting of the page and do not play videos

  HI, I had this problem with Firefox for the past two days. It does not display the context and formatting of Web sites like Reddit, Mozilla and sometimes YouTube. He said several times that Web sites like youtube have an untrusted connection, and shockwave flash crashes. I tried to uninstall, clean and reinstall Firefox, I tried to fix it too... I have updated java, Flash and shockwave. Did a full scan of my computer with my Antivirus and Malwarebytes.

• Bridge CS5 Windows displays only not the files with the command ' move to '?

  Hi, people.

  I have a bunch of files on a connected USB external drive.  When I right-click on an image in Bridge and select the "Move" command, Bridge gives me only the option to select a folder on my desktop (specifically, only my user name folder).  It only gives me even to choose my root diretory.

  Everyone knows this?  For what it's worth, I notice the same problem with DNG Converter (I can't choose any file which is not my office).

  Any help would be appreciated.

  P.S. I recently deleted my cache of bridge, but the problem started before I did this and still occurs.  Win 7 64 bit, 12 GB RAM, cache in Bridge set to maximum settings.

• Problem with images not displaying only not the landing pages with IE8

  We had a page that has been tested and seemed well, and when it was used as a landing page for the tactic today, one of the images does not appear in IE8 (the red x).  Other images will display correctly, including the different file types.  In addition, the same image that does not appear in IE8 is displayed in Firefox, Chrome, and IE10 (other browsers have not been tested yet).  Eloqua support had other suggestions for re - download the source image... This does not resolve the issue.

  Everyone knows about this problem?  If so, do you know a solution/fix for it?

  OK, we just found this... turns out that this particular image had been saved as CYMK, RGB in Photoshop not.  When it was changed to RGB, it worked.

• Firefox not displaying only not the icons on web page correctly except in safe mode

  Hello. We develop a website for the moment and I don't have FF in safe mode some of the icons are not displayed correctly. All other browsers work fine and it will display in FF without any problem. The site is www.livingonmars.com and the icons are the 2 arrows in the upper right of the slideshow. When in safe mode, I see two arrows. Boot in normal mode I see the bottom half of the arrow to the left and half the right arrow above.

  In safe mode, modules and hardware acceleration are disabled. You can try disabling you modules one by one to see if that helps, or you can disable hardware acceleration by doing the following:

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.

  You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
  • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
  • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
  • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  In addition, please check the updates for your graphics driver by following the steps in the following knowledge base articles:

• DVD Player displays only not the files on disk?

  My dvd player does not open the files on a data disc, he is coming as a blank disc, but if I try it on another computer the files are on the disc? I don't know why please can anyone help?

  I think you can try a number of things here.

  1. put to UPDATE the reader, 2 REINJSTALL the driver.

  Both involve the following steps: click the startup type in the search box Device Manager, I usually get to DEV and it hits the top of the list, click on anyway and it will open the window of permission, click on continue or enter the password and this will open Device Manager which will show all the devices on your computer. Now search for CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives and click on the + sign next to it and a drop-down list will appear and if you RIGHT click a MENU will appear with the following choices, software update driver, disable, uninstall, look for changes on the material and properties.

  Now, here's the choice 1 click on update driver will open a window that says two things search your computer or line choose SEARCH ON LINE. If she comes back and says you have the latest version of the software, then choose option 2 click RIGHT on the disc again is it closed and choose uninstall. When you do this RESTART YOUR COMPUTER and the driver will be reinstalled as new when it restarts.

• 10 Windows, Lightroom CC, library displaying only not the files but develop

  Hi people,

  I've just updated to win 10 and now, Lightroom is a bit useless.  I have the last CC of Lightroom, Win 10 is up-to-date, Nvidia drivers are up to date.  What is happening is that there are no photos posted in the library.  The grid is empty, but hovering does display the file information just no picture.  go to develop and the photo will appear.  Tried to GPU and no GPU... no change.

  Engineers also writes a blog on why they made this change, but to prevent millions of calls to support technical questions "I renamed my file and now it no longer opens.
  It might be possible to change this behavior with editing the registry, but I couldn't immediately find a reference to such a value.
  However, I have a workaround.  I usually press F2 to rename a file (I'm a lover of keyboard, hate having to use the mouse).  So I click on F2, then if I need to select both file extension, I can make one of these:
  • Press Ctrl-A
    or
  • Press SHIFT - end

  I generally use the method of shift - end because it's closer where my fingers are already on the keyboard (I'm a lover of keyboard, but I'm too lazy).  Hope this helps at least a little.

  You should check that the old tag returns 0 or 1 and the liquid must be good true or false, but do not know where BC got too much consistency yet, they have been quite on the updates recently. If this does not work with == true, then it will be == 1
