  Soll ich die bei eingeschalteter entfernen oder soll ich die dazu herunterfahren VM VM Snapshots?

  Was haltet ihr für die sicherste Variant?

  Welche variant required am wenigsten Zeit.

  40 GB should be m.E. reichen, if nicht z.B. eine high speed data base mit massiven newspaper staff. Ein Richtwert ware z.B. das Alter und die Grosse der planned Snapshots.Und ja, wenn produktdarstellung, dann immer den Friday altesten instant löschen, da die Daten aus der Delta-Datei immer in die ubergeordnete Datei migrated werden direkt.

  Noch eine important question: is the virtual VM der Platte thick thin provisioniert oder? Thin wenn, dann Vorsicht, das da löschen der Snapshots zu einer Riskrisk der virtuellen Platte und somit zu führen kann Platz-problems!

  habe instant folgendes problem mit einer VM.

  IM vShere Client, unter Einstellungen auf der VM, sleeps unter Einstellungen Fliegengitter, dann sehe ich das die virtual Tiger WTS01 - 000005.vmdk eingebunden ist.

  Wenn ich unter "Configuration", 'search Datenspeicher' nachsehe, dann die virtuellen speaker following are.

  WTS01.VMDK, WT01 - 000001.vmdk WT01 - 000002.vmdk, WT01 - 000003.vmdk, WT01 - 000004.vmdk, WT01 - 000005.vmdk, WT01 - 000006.vmdk.

  So wie ich das sehe das alles instant Dateien sind.

  Aber unter «Snapshot', «Snapshot Manager»... "sehe ich nur zwei instant, sharp sind um 00:00 Uhr is.

  Muss ich nicht fünf snapshot sehen? Kann ich dieses ohne problem löschen

  Wie kann ich instant sharp Dateien sauber entfernen, das mir keine Daten verloren go?

  Willkommen im Forum,

  Die Anzeige im Snapshot Manager is based auf den Daten in der .vmsd Datei. D.h. wenn sharp nicht mehr stimmen (z.B. durch ein nicht löschen eines instant erfolgreiches), stimmt auch die Anzeige nicht mehr mit dem user status verzeichnen. UM alle Snapshots zu löschen - independent davon, ob sie displaying werden oder nicht - genugt're im Snapshot Manager den button "Alle löschen" zu AATCH. Keine Sorge "Alle löschen" loscht keine Daten, but migrated die Daten in den Snapshots in die base hard Datei und loscht die snapshot-Dateien erst nach einer Zusammenfuhrung much. DAS löschen kann I nach Snapshotgrosse some time in claim nehmen, also bitte geduldig breast.

  Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn die Virtual Machine mit einer "Thin" provisionierten Platte virtuellen but wurde. I nach den Daten kann den Snapshots base hard bis Datei die auf die vorgegebene anwachsen big. Also bitte sicherstellen, dass ggf. freier auf dem Datenspeicher ist available free games!

  Kein Grund zur Sorge. "Löschen" (sowie auch "Alle löschen") means that, dass die Daten eines Snapshots in its Parent gemergt werden disk. BEI einem instant individual die also basic disk.

  Work on a shared storage system uses NTFS on the back end so "/" is a character not consistent therefore generate snapshots fail.
