  We use the CodeModuleListener to detect any deletion of the application and the addition. If our request is deleted, we get the removal of module for our own application, then we'd work dé - a correct initialization. However when our application is upgraded, we would get the deletion of the module for our own application as well, so we would trigger of - initialization, falsely, that is really not desirable.

  Right now, we allow the upgrade through our own UI instead of the browser as our own UI upgrade would be made necessary by a specific menu and we know that an update will happen.

  However the upgrade via browser, we do not remove current module comes from our application upgrade or remove our application by users. Just wonder if there is anyway to detect our own upgrade of the application.

  Furthermore, permanent storage objects are not deleted during upgrade of the application and will be removed during the removal of the application, which is the expected behavior. It's just, there are some extra that we have informed our server during the removal of the application.

  Finally, I found a work around, which can only show the menu in ActiveRichTextField to my app, but not others. How ever, the game would still highlighted in another application, but when you click, it would not show your menu item.

  The job is very simple:

  1. create a closed custom called MyActiveRichTextField, which simply extends ActiveRichTextField.

  2. in your own application, where you want to display your menu item, use the MyActiveRichTextField.

Normally, we will review our browser selection once a year and make the changes/updates to compatibility level for 3 rd-party libraries we use and our own code, in order to address new developments in the browser market.

  However the FF of the new policy of difficult liberation our lives check. FF 6 came out just months after 5 FF. We perform an upgrade, we have to do a systematic series of tests, settings, changes etc. regression tests. The cost is not possible for us to do this every 3 months!   New versions are will be released every 6 weeks, so until Mozilla announced they will do than support for a LTS version for business 'customers', you guys left to swing in the breeze as well as to be able to plan for the future with Firefox. I think that as long as the said decision is taken, support for Firefox 3.6 versions will continue. A 3.6.22 release is under development right now, probably for immediate release next week.

  I think most of the proxies work similarly: they generate a false certificate to the site and have your browser so that they can decrypt and inspect the traffic between you and the site. It is a hassle to have to make exceptions for individual certificates of false - it is more effective to recognize the certificate that the proxy uses to sign false certificates as valid a certificate authority.

  The trick is to identify this certificate. It might be easier to go to IE or Chrome, since both use the Windows certificate store (Firefox uses its own). By inspecting the certificate for a secure site and the certificate used to sign, you may be able to identify and to export this certificate (DER format or .cer).

  In Firefox, you who would incorporate in the section of the authorities in the Certificates dialog box:

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > advanced > mini-onglet Certificates > "View certificates" button > mini-onglet References > "Import..." button »

  Of course, it is probably safer to check with your COMPUTER that you've found and exported the correct certificate before you import it into Firefox.

  I recently had a problem on my iphone 6 where apps would open on their own. I tried to restore the latest firmware from itunes 9.2.1 IOS but the phone still behaved abnormally. I tried different things to combat the problem, hard reset, etc. and does not much help until I have cut background App refresh completely.

  This seemed to be the culprit in my case, I just need to refine that either the app is causing the problem or if it's a problem with the global update.

  Just thought Id throw out there in case anyone else is having the same problem.

  MY iphone6 + would be type only, letters, open apps, other windows in applications... I'll try to stop the background refresh.

  But your brief statement is technically incorrect. You do not make the connection using the HttpConnection. You create the connection object by using the connector class that returns HttpConnection or HttpsConnections according to the Protocol of the URL provided.

  Since HttpsConnection extends HttpConnection treatment then the connection object, as it is just a HttpConnection is fine, unless you call specifically a method is only part of the HttpsConnection interface, such as getSecurityInfo(). In this case then just cast a HttpsConnection as long as the URL is an https address.

• HTTP issues with different service providers

  My apologies if this has been posted and answered before. I'm new to the Blackberry development.

  I'm developing an application initially for the 8300 Series. Timing of the launch, my application tries to open an http connection to check the updates of the application.

  I have no problem, the application running on the Simulator, and if I add '; deviceside = true"to the url, the app works on an ATT device. However, when I run the application on a device, Verizon or T-Mobile, I get a network error, whether or not '; deviceside = true' is included.

  I tried messing around with the TCP APN settings on the device from T-mobile with no luck. The Verizon device does not appear to have that option at all. Browsers seem to work so there is a valid data connection.

  Anyone know what the problem is or what I could do wrong?

  The problem was with the data plan, a feature or another was not enabled.

  It seems that the "request.setHeader("Accept","application/json")" does not work with HTTP-REST plugin 2.0.

  I configured a host BASED HTTP pointing to NSX and works so as to gain an advantage by using the URL "{/ api/4.0/edges/{edgeId}. In the 'operation of appeal' workflow, I add the following line:

  request.setHeader ("Accept", "application/json")

  It works perfectly find on a vRealize Orchestrator 6.0.3 with HTTP-REST plugin version 1.0.9 and returns a JSON response. But with vRealize Orchestrator 7.0.0 by using HTTP-REST plugin 2.0.0 version returns an XML response.

  How can I get the JSON response with the 2.0.0 version?

• Can we get the DB session ID when we log into our own application

  I use my local DB with HR/hr and created a table for details of the user.
  Each time running my application (login page is the default page), user enters the USER name and PASSWORD. After you have posted I am allowing it on the next page Jspx have delimited taskflow (having jsff).

  In all the jsff fragments, I have a close button session and whenever the user selects it, I need to make the sign out.actually I was navigate to empty from now page. I'm not saving login details in DB after the connection. Thus, whenever the user clicks the back button, the page navigates to the previously provided login page username and PASSWORD.

  So I would like to kill the session when the user logoff button clicked. Please help if we can do it.

  Is there a provision like get the session DB ID and kill him when ever he logs off or disconnect.

  In this case, you get disconnected and you killed at the session. You can do this by using a bean method that you call from your button. Inside you get the session, disable it and go to any other page, g .e, see again you ot your login page. • Issues CSS porting an application from SDK3.5 to SDK4.0

  I'm wearing a Flex of SDK3.5 to SDK4.0 application in Flash Builder 4.

  I have worked through various deprecated features.  (This is a large application).  And everything has boiled down to a bunch of caveats that I can't get rid of.  They are all related to the CSS style.

  Errors are all of the type:

  "Cannot resolve the type of namespace qualified ' *' in the CSS selector ' *'"

  and

  "" CSS type selector ' *' has not been processed, because the type was not used in the application. ".

  (I also have a couple of "The Style"dropShadowVisible"is supported only by type"mx.controls.List"with themes (s)"spark"" warnngs... and I do not know what is the cause that yet).

  I tried something to address these warnings, but it had no effect...

  You will find [this response | http://forums.oracle.com/forums/message.jspa?messageID=3446719#3446719] useful Kiran. A few comments-

  (1) HTTP_OBLIX_UID is a name of special header used by the OAM identity system. I advise you to not use that to rule out the possibility of confusion.

  (2) I knew the type of action to be case-sensitive. Instead of HEADERVAR, you might want to try HeaderVar. In addition, if you use a Cookie, you should see the value of the DN even in subsequent requests in HTTP traces

  (3) If you want to stick with headers, you can put a simple jsp page on your JBoss server and have as the protected resource. You should be able to print the received headers in the jsp page.

  I have a pair of PS6210s in a group of SAN running version 7.1.2 firmware. I was able to access the web GUI via HTTPS. I have the group set to update to firmware version 8.0.4 and now I am only able to access the web GUI on HTTP, HTTPS gives me a connection refused. This is expected behavior? Thank you!

  Yes, this is the expected behavior, the HTTPS protocol was removed in the 8.x firmware.  This shows up in the release notes.

• Issues related to running applications after installation using a package created with CC Packager

  I am a technician in the field with a school district in Idaho. We just moved to Windows 10 this year, deploy us through SCCM. For the first time this year one of my schools chose to share the cost of a site license for the creative cloud. The license of the company is owned by a company called the OETC. The problems come after installing the suite on a local computer using a building package that I created with CC package. Programs install fine and I can run them without any problems, I have administrator rights. For reasons of network security and security that we do not generally allow access to C: drive by students, (more restrictive) and staff, (less restrictive but still limited), it seems that the software more, we need to package will not work under these restrictions. for example:

  • First pro is used by a teacher and students enrolled in a course of video journalism. The teacher has a network of only to peer support that it maintains separate districts. I gave him a copy of the version to install, and it gets an error when it runs, indicating that a .dll file is missing the exact message is:

    • This program cannot start because API-MS-Win-CRT-Runtime-L1-1-0.dll is missing on your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Sound computer is
      using Windows 7 and the browser is IE 9. He tried to upgrade to IE 10 and 11, and he wouldn't.

  • I have a staff of security so that would like to use first pro to stream video of cameras throughout the school in support of disciplinary matters. When they run the program starts to open, then everything stops.
