• Migration has erased my Adobe CS5 and now the serial numbers does not work to reinstall

  CS5 Web Premium worked fine on El Capitan until I migrated.  Then he gave me the screen to enter the serial number of my product or purchase.  I entered the serial number and he said that it was not valid for this product.

  I spoke with a representative of Adobe yesterday who gave me a link to download the suite again and use my serial number to activate.  I downloaded it 5 times and every time it says installation file is corrupt and eject the disc.

  Remarkable software.  Questionable tech support up to this point.

  I finally got someone who speaks to me. He said I had 2 options: he could disable my Windows serial numbers and send me serial numbers Mac. The other option was to return and get a refund for the version of Windows and then buy the Mac version.
